The only positive thing about this place is the location probably. Now let’s talk about negatives; the delivery, it takes forever, lots (most) of times they missed order notes, put wrong items or the delivery guy comes with completely broken food (spilled drinks or coffee, damaged food and boxes) Waiting times inside are also never ending, the cashiers are usually clueless about what is going on the floor, they tend to call you just to tell you something ran out or give you the wrong order. There’s a lot of places to sit but when it’s busy, it’s messy as ****. I used to like McDonalds before but now it’s just a waste of time and money.

Food was great as usual, only I couldn't see my own order appearing on the order screen whilst waiting for it.

I make orders McShaker Frires, I received only bags and no fries, and I played 4.95 euro.

I order ice creams 25 minuts waiting Then I saw my order and I thought they will call my number ,no it wasnt so nice They were standing for next 5 minutes The manager(ugly woman)was also very unkind Just for Your Peace of mind dont go there The quontity of ice cream wasnt normal 1/4 of cup It was a joke

As someone who used to work here, they dont follow hygiene rules except when some inspector checked ! The managers especially Sjoukje are terrible and unprofessional and rude towards employees (ive heard the same experience from loads of people) please give Sjoukje a raise so shes less grumpy 😩

I normally don't go to McDonald's but it was early it was open and i figured why not? Worst idea ever. More than 20 min wait. The food is not that good or healthy, if is also not fasts, what's the point?

Food tasted very good, but I couldn't go upstairs to go to the toilet.

A lot of space, down and upstairs. Most of the times clean, bins emty. Many screens for ordering. Short waiting time. Various spaces to sit, different types. Nice view from the windows, to the street with cafe/bars. My favourite Mcdonald in Tilburg.

All good, but each time I am there, the soaps and hand sanitizers are empty :(. This drives me nuts. Pls McDonals, fix it...

I do not recommend, I ordered a coffee after about 20 minutes of waiting my order number is displayed and the cashier says that they have no more coffee. So I stood and waited for 20 minutes to find out that the coffee was over.

Yummy food, clean restaurant and lots of places to sit and eat

quick, painlessly, without talking with these words i will briefly review this restaurant. service is very nice and friendly the restaurant is in the center so there are always a lot of people, that's probably the only downside

Large McDonald’s in the city center. It’s spacious and clean inside and has bathrooms. There’s wifi too, although the signal is a bit too weak.

They have not brought me what I ordered and they refuse to change it for me.

I think I never visited a dirtiest McDonalds. I don’t know if the food was good because I didn’t enjoy it too much after visiting the toilet

Ita cheap fast food at a great location. Come here for a quick bite, but don't expect anything too fancy. It's still the good old McDonalds you know.

stuff is rude for the drivers, also to pick up the order you have to wait 40 min, while there are no clients inside… its just some joke. Maybe if they get paid from orders like us they will at least try.

It is not worth to pay delivery fee. I ordered at 21:17 and now its almost 10pm. I still need to wait 40 mins more according to the thuisbezorgd food tracker.

Its mcdonalds you already know. Cheap price, taste is controversal. Hospitality is ok, staff wasn't rude nor necessary friendly. Place is clean, toilet is clean.

Very bad experience. I had a quarter pounder menu. The meet was very dry, the fries basket was not full as it used to be, and, there was a little HAIR in the fries. Better go to the burger King in front of it.

The default McDonald's experience. You don't wait much. You don't pay much. You don't eat much. But it's alright.
