To be fair, this facility is clean, quaint and nice. I suppose I could rate it as a Five Star for where we are located, but did not wish to mislead anyone traveling on vacation or business. The staff are wonderful and the Guatemalan meals are great! I traveled to Guatemala to assist with drilling a much needed waterwell for a village nearby. I am here to work and to befriend the locals to help with their contaminated water challenges. I come in late in the evening, shower, have a late dinner and retreat to my bed, in which is fine. There is no hot water for the shower, and the A/C struggles to cool things down. All in all, it suffices for what my needs are.

The friendliness was quite good, the service in general was good. In the simple rooms some things could be improved, such as air conditioning and a small remodel. They mention that they have internet in the service but the day I was there it didn't work and I couldn't use it, if this is frequent it would be something they should solve. The food is good, the restaurant area is comfortable and with good service.

A pleasant place within the Pacific coast of Escuintleco in the dream country...Guatemala. Its rooms are extremely exquisite, comfortable beds and an atmosphere of tranquility and peace... For your days of work and rest, highly recommended....🐵🐵🐵🐵🐵🐵🐒🐵🐵🐒

Excellent hotel, good service from the staff, very friendly ladies, good location, has new rooms with air conditioning at Q200 for a single. Highly recommended hotel, very complete and delicious breakfasts and dinners at Q45.

Excellent Service Clean and spacious rooms

One of the best places to rest since there is not much noise to get out of the hustle and bustle of the ACSESO cities to many places and rest and relax. A little attention would be needed with the water since it is not so clean to do personal hygiene, it has a strange smell.

Hotel and restaurant, in Tiquisate, friendliness, hygienic and good location to go to Semillero beach

Very nice hotel. But unfortunately there are evangelical churches in the neighborhood that offer worship at night, in the morning and in the afternoon... they do not allow us to rest or sleep. They use the volume very high and there is no peace.

Good food and spacious facilities.

Large and comfortable rooms. Restaurant: quality and taste of the food very good, and the staff's attention is excellent. Closed and secure parking. Overall 💯 recommended.
