So
everything
was
great
til
the
so
called
manager
came
and
kind
of
ruined
our
experience.
One
of
the
meals
we
ordered
was
a
cacio
e
Pepe
pasta.
It
was
very
bland
in
our
personal
opinion
and
we
asked
the
waiter
politely
to
take
it
back
and
to
cancel
the
meal.
The
“manager”
came
to
our
table
and
asked
very
harshly
“what’s
the
problem
with
the
meal”
when
I
tried
explaining
what
we
didn’t
like
he
cut
me
off
with
questions
such
as:
“Do
you
guys
even
know
what
you
ordered?
Do
you
know
what
type
of
cheese
is
in
the
meal?
“
until
it
was
my
turn
to
answer
him
and
I
asked
him
if
he’s
trying
to
test
me.
After
that
he
asked
us
if
we
wanted
something
else
and
we
declined,
to
be
honest
I
didn’t
want
anything
else
from
him
after
he
ruined
my
appetite.
After
we
payed
the
bill
I
decided
to
try
and
talk
to
him
to
give
him
advice
as
a
person
who’s
worked
in
the
restaurant
industry
for
quite
a
while
(including
my
own
parents
cafe)
.
I
tried
telling
him
that
his
way
of
handling
problems
such
as
“unsatisfied
customers”
isn’t
correct.
Of
course
he
cut
me
off
once
again
and
accused
my
friends
and
I
of
being
cheap
and
not
wanting
to
pay
for
our
meal
(keep
in
mind
the
meal
was
barely
touched).
Of
course
me
being
the
bigger
person
I
ignored
the
rude
comment
and
tried
once
again
explaining
to
him
that
money
was
not
the
issue
and
that
we
just
didn’t
like
the
meal
.
But
of
course
he
continued
to
cut
me
off
and
couldn’t
see
the
point
of
what
I
was
trying
to
say
to
him
(maybe
because
he
wasn’t
willing
to
hear
it).
My
friend
tried
to
budge
in
but
he
very
rudely
said
to
her:
I’m
not
talking
to
you
I’m
not
talking
to
her
(as
in
me).
Again
as
you
can
tell
til
now
he’s
very
professional
and
has
his
way
with
words.
After
a
few
couple
of
rude
comments
he
sent
us
off
with
saying
“okay,bye”.
So
I
hope
you
are
reading
this
now
because
at
least
here
you
can’t
me
cut
me
off
as
you
did
in
person.
You
don’t
have
any
professional
skills
of
knowing
how
to
handle
a
restaurant
let
alone
customers.
Or
even
a
professional
and
polite
simple
conversation.
If
it’s
really
your
parents’
restaurant
I
would
put
a
little
bit
of
thought
before
letting
the
words
“you
guys
just
don’t
want
to
pay”
come
so
easily
out
of
your
mouth
towards
your
own
customers!!
It’s
a
family
business,
at
least
respect
that
if
you
can’t
respect
your
own
customers.
You
should
be
ashamed
of
yourself
and
the
way
you
treat
others.
I
just
wonder
what
would
happen
when
a
customer,
rude
as
you
,walks
in
and
tells
you
he
doesn’t
like
one
of
your
meals.
