The front desk receptionist and the other nurses were rude and unprofessional. The doctors were fine most of the time but the system of physical therapy here was also horrible. The place wants you to do 20 sessions of massages every single day for $30 dollars daily. It might not seem much but it is expensive in Albania. And after the 3rd day they lessen the time but you still pay the same money. I expect physical therapy to include exercises and working with the doctor together. But instead I was left in a room with a machine massaging my back for 20 minutes everyday…
