The place is great. The hosts and I sat at the bar. The bartender was great. She was knowledgeable about the food. And she was attentive to all her guests. The food was amazing, it's farm to table, and you can tell. I had the risotto and it was beyond fire. The prices are very reasonable as well

I'm going to start this review a little different. Let's start with the atmosphere. Me and my wife sat in the booth section where we found it very comfortable and calming needless to say we loved it. We showed up around 2:00 where we were seated immediately. Are waiter Brandon was great he was very attentive and always made sure we didn't need anything and our drinks were full. He had a very friendly attitude which always makes the experience that much better. Now on to the food. What can I say it was all great from my fish tacos and fries to my lobster sushi roll to the crab cake sandwich to the French onion soup everything was delicious.

This place was very busy for a Wednesday night. We had no problem making a reservation on-line and were seated promptly. The menu is pretty extensive with an additional large sushi menu. Draft beer selection was pretty good too. Our food was tasty and the amount of french fries they gave us was huge. I would say the prices were a little on the high side, but the portion sizes offset that. My only ding was that it was very loud.

Had my daughter's baby shower in July in one of their private rooms. The service was fabulous! Guests raved about the food. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Anne was a pleasure to work with when it came to planning and was very accommodating. Thank you B2 Bistro!

The staff there was amazing! We had a bridal brunch for my bestfriend and from the staff to the food everything was hands down great. Ann was amazing in helping me to reserve the room pick the menu and ensure everything was set for party day! I was impressed that they even had a wide color selection of napkins to choose from. I even liked that though we brought our own decorations, they offered to look to see if they had anything else that we may need in their stock. They ensured we had enough tables for gifts. Guests. And desserts. I also liked that we were able to bring our own desserts. I honestly wish I could remember our waitress’s name, because she kept ME sane while I’m trying to decorate the room and she’s trying so her job haha. When guests arrived and the Bride arrived our waitress was on top of her game with ensuring everything was perfect for us all. The mimosas were never empty which the guests LOVED! There was also a great selection of juices for the mimosas- not just orange juice. The food was amazing. I could probably eat The white breakfast pizza every day and not get tired of it. So so so good ! I wish I could say more, but I don’t want to make this too long.

We held a memorial here in April 2022. I highly recommend this restaurant. We were in the blue room and I think it would probably max out around 50 people. The room is beautiful and up to date. The banquet choices are appealing at reasonable prices without surprise charges. Importantly, the staff were very easy to work with. Anne, the banquet coordinator was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient. We ordered a buffet for around 40. The food was very good and plentiful. They were very flexible with our confirmed number. I worked in conference planning for years and this was one of the better experiences I've had even though it was an emotionally difficult time. The online photos give a good idea of the space.

Our waiter Brandon was great! Polite, attentive and took the time to space our food out so we were able to enjoy everything. The food we ordered was very tasty except for the tomatoes on the white pie. We will be back!

Was being charged over $2 more per glass of wine and told after the bill came they didn’t have any more house wine so I was being charged for another wine. The food was also WAY OVER priced $10 for a French onion soup. Complete scam! So not worth it!!

Went for drinks and dinner and sat at the bar. Jenn is the BEST bartender around! She is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable! The burrata salad was amazing! My only suggestion would be to make the balsamic reduction a little sweeter... It definitely needed a little sweetness. The bistro chips were also really good! I will definitely be back! Update 3/31/23: I went today with a bigger group and our server was awesome! She took great care of us and we were all happy with our meals! The pancetta escarole pizza special was delicious!!

Had a nice large room for our family of 20 to meet in. It has a door that can be closed to keep children confined to the room for safety. The service was absolutely amazing. We had a few wait staff that were assigned to take care of our family. We were incredibly impressed. The food was good. We had a rather limited group menu compared to what the restaurant offered. A beef & fish meal. No options for other peoples diets. All said and done it was a good experience.

My husband and I have gone here a few times for dinner and the food was excellent! The burger was great, the fish and chips was tasty, the chicken wings are amazing. The service is always awesome too, very friendly and attentive. However we tried brunch here this past Sunday and it was nowhere near as good as dinner. We ordered a breakfast pizza to split as a sort of appetizer and pancakes and a breakfast platter for meals. The pizza took ages to come out and when it finally did the eggs on it were not cooked, like the whites were still clear liquid on top of this pizza. It was very unappealing and gross. We had to send it back and by that point we said we just wanted our meals but it took another half an hour of waiting and we still didn't have our food. We ended up leaving frustrated. Our waiter was awesome, it wasn't his fault but the kitchen absolutely did not have their brunch game on point. We will be sticking to dinner here.

We went for my husbands birthday and it was amazing!! The scarpariello wings are our favorite! Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be frequenting this spot 😊

I get it they opened during COVID. But. ... The food was so bland that this had nothing to do with that. My high-end burger was just not worth the expense. Price is on the high end for bar food. The place looks amazing. But you would like the food to for the decor. It does not.

Went with my wife and her parents for my birthday. Great food and great service. I had scarpariello wings as an appetizer and they were delicious, my wife had a salmon entree and she loved it (she always complains about salmon). Quite similar to Tuscan, the bistro that used to be here, but just a little more fine tuned and professional. We look forward to coming back.

Had take out recently, the food tasted awful like it was old. Chocken wings and ribs were terrible.

Quality has gone down big time! I use to order here all the time then 2 weeks ago I ordered and food wasn't that good. Tried again today and my wings are gross and the mac n cheese, can't even eat it. More salt in the dish then in the ocean. Never ordering here again. Waste of my money

Unfortunately I can’t rate the food because my wife and 2 children sat in a booth, waited..... waited...... and waited...never met by anyone other than the hostess that sat us( which was 3 of them) and 40 minutes later we decided we were not good enough for them to be served, so we just went home. Was so excited to eat at this beautiful place. Still trying to figure out what they had against us as the waitress passed our table 24 times and didn’t even want to give us menus or drinks or a hello.

So we went here tonight expecting the ribs. We didn't know the restaurant had changed hands. We were told the ribs are the same, just served with different sides. Well the ribs are far from the same, burned and dry as the bone they were served on. After telling our waitress our disappointment, they charged us for only one dinner. I hardly touched my ribs and my husband gnawed on his because he hadn't eaten since breakfast. The sides they served were coleslaw which was ok and a potatoe hash which wasn't great, the cornbread with jalepeno, fell apart and didn't have much taste. Maybe other menu items are better, we will have to see.

The exotic mushroom fire grilled pizza was delicious & cooked perfectly. I had the Brick Chicken as my entree & it's well worth the wait it takes to prepare. The chicken was well seasoned & succulent. The risotto was tasty except for the added carrots & veggies that were mixed into it. That was unnecessary & totally screwed with the overall flavor of the dish. The service was wonderful. Food here is definitely on the pricey side, They're consistent here with the food but it really doesn't seem worth the cost. Also the Bleu Chicken would be much better with the fries on the side and no getting soggy in gravy. Plus I added Bleu Cheese dressing up on top to add more flavor to it.

Great food, drinks, & service. Regular updates to the menu whilst keeping their staples intact and consistent. The scarpariello wings are a must. We will definitely be back again.

Delicious food, great service! Always skeptical when a restaurant has a larger menu because you wonder how they can really perfect all of it, but we were pleasantly surprised with how delicious everything was that we ordered. From the spicy crab surimi roll & fish tacos, to the truffle veggie burger & short ribs, everything was phenomenal! 🤩🤤 We’ll definitely be back again!

Went here before Christmas for a birthday dinner for my son and I. Everything was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the lit fireplace created the perfect atmosphere. There were 8 of us and everyone's food was delicious. The menu is on the pricier side but definitely worth the experience.

Went this past Friday night for dinner. Arrived at 6:30 and were seated immediately. I started with the Latitude roll. I can honestly say it was the best sushi roll I've ever had. Perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy. Very fresh. I had the Seafood Risotto. Very elegant presentation. I'm not a big fan of mussels but these were perfectly prepared. My wife had the meatlovers pizza. Our waitress was awesome. Very attentive. This was our first time dining at B2. We will definitely be back.

Went here on the spur of the moment and was pleasantly surprised. The NY steak pizzaiola and the mustard crusted salmon were delicious. Our server Nick was great, he didn't rush us and was very attentive. The atmosphere is also very nice, I see this place becoming a habit!

Visiting an old friend, and stopped in for a cocktail and late meal from a day on Barnegat Bay. While the venue was busy, I was not too impressed with the offering. We sat at the bar and while the drinks were well poured and prepared, they new we would be eating and were not given plates, utensils and napkins yes, plates not so much. Please avoid the calamari, it seemed as if it was from a bag of frozen squid from a supermarket, tossed onto a pan and microwaved. The marinara sauce was like ketchup with some oregano. The flatbread/pizza was edible, but again nothing to write home about. All in all, if you are in the area, there are better choices - but if you want to booze a bit and some food with it, well it might do. Will give it another shot I am sure, but not expecting too much is the key.

Jess is the best barter we have ever had. It’s so great to have a service person be full of smiles and joy. A total treasure and true gem. It’s so great to see and be around a person like that. Jess rocked it so much that We will be bringing our friends because of her. Major added bonus is that the drinks were spot on perfectly epically amazing. The food was good but I just can’t get over how great the bartender was!!!!

Food is good, service is good with the exception of the food runners who clearly need training. I've been there twice with same experience. Food plate was dumped with an attitude next to my setting instead of in front of me. Kind of sours the great service the waitress provides.

Nothing negative to say. Their food is great and there's variety. The sushi rolls taste really good, the pizza is fantastic, the wings, yum. Secret menu item, the bread. It's 3 bucks in cost and it's served with a creamy, garlic, herb butter. It's really good!

The fish was too oily. There was oil drip from the fish and on the plastic food container. There was barely any fish. I called for refund and i was transferred to the automatic line. No one answered. I used to love the place

Love there service. Food a as very good. I had gotten a Reubens and my wife had a turkey Reuben. Both were great. Need more dressing on it thou!!!

Enjoy a nice happy hour. Good drinks and appetizers. Not many happy hour prices ($6 beer and $8 mojitos) like other places but both food and drinks were good.

Despite being in a state of flux for the moment (remodeling, re-tooling the menu, dealing with damn Covid restrictions), we had a great meal (Thai Chili Calamari, French Dip and Salmon on risotto) and drinks on New Year's Eve. The Bad Santa-gria was delicious (thanks bartender Jenn) and B2 has expanded its bourbon selection (had Russell Reserve). Our waitress was young and new but eager to make sure that we were having a good night. For dessert, we had the caramel cheesecake, a great end to the evening at B2. We will be back!

Today was my second time at the Tom's River establishment. I again ate in the bar area where the high tops are located; I enjoy it there the most. For dinner, I had the Short Rib and Papardelle; all I can say is Wow! The short rib was so tender that I could have eaten it with a spoon, the pasta was so tasted so fresh! Aside from the food, I was a little disappointed in the set up of the reataurant, and the pricing. The dining room is a bit too secluded and seems like it is not really connected to the restaurant, the flow is a bit off. The prices are a bit steep for some of the food selections and do not seem to fit the location. (These prices are appropriate for Point not Toms River) Overall, it will do fairly well because it is new and people want to get out and try new places.

Very impressive. Food really good. Some remodeling from old Tuscan House, but looks good. Friendly staff, social distancing conscience, clean. Had papperdelli with braised short ribs. Awesome!!! Also had pizza with chorizo. Again, Awesome!!! Very impressive since we went on their first day's opening. Was expecting some blunders, being first day - but seamless, without any opening hiccups. Nice job. Will be back.
