I usually enjoy Taco Bell but I haven't had it in awhile. I'm not happy with the ordering on a screen inside when you can just walk up to counter check out pictures and description of what you're eating. Other than that prices are what they should be food is still good.

Excellent food prepared fresh. Been several times, all great experiences. Great customer service. Clean dining room. Very well run operation. Chalupas and burritos are excellent!!

Come here some times once a week to every other week & usually never have a problem. Foods always hot. Every now & then an item won't be made completely right but have had worked in fast food I know when it gets busy an employees are scattered things can get a lil nuts. No need to be rude, if you go back an nicely tell them they'll usually make you a new one no charge. We're all human & make mistakes.

Ordered delivery through app. Had to go to store to pick it up. It never came. Even paid for tip. This store usually takes care of issues very appropriately so it’s nothing on them but Taco Bell as a whole needs to get their app together. We have lots of issues with it.

I was constipated for 3 days, nothing seemed to work. So I decided to take a long shot and go here. Best bowl movement I ever had. 10/10 recommend.

Our favorite Taco Bell to grab a bite! Either for breakfast or lunch, the staff is always so cool to me and my boyfriend when we come by! Thanks to the staff and especially the manager Jacob for treating us to a 5 star service every time we come in! 👏🏼

Love Taco Bell. Food is fresh usually well prepared. Hate Taco Bell. Everytime they cone out with some new that I like, it's limited time. Ironically They make the best french fries in fast food and you can't always get them. makes no sense.

This location has completely changed for the better , outstanding customer service, very friendly. Clean service. Well stocked, bathrooms look like a Starbucks top of the line bathroom. The team here is now on point...keep it up

Couldn't find anything wrong with this location, everything was perfect. This location is a good example of how a Taco Bell should be run. Clean, modern, low prices, friendly staff, efficient, it's got it all. My recommendations.

NJ Forked River 238 N Main Street So I place my order in the drive thru and I grab it and go. And lucky for me I look to my right as i am pulling out and there is a young man running a waving at me. It seems they forgot part of my order and he was chasing me down to make sure I got it. So you guys get 5 stars TAKE NOTE CORPORATE this store know customer service. !!! do something nice for them and not just a coupon for a free coffee somewhere no one like that...

I personally don't go there I have I always order the supreme hard tacos in the rice and beans with extra rice and beans I've always enjoyed it But that's pretty much all eat from there so I can't give you any results on anything else weather supreme tacos are really good and so is the rice and beans

If you're looking for a Taco Supreme consisting of 90% sour cream, cheese, let... with a pinch of meat, this is your spot! When questioned, the young man with only a name of "John" had no problem saying "Yea that's just how it is, looks fine to me". Needless to say, we will move on to another location next time.

I ordered a beefy nacho burrito and there was literally no beef in it. I wish I could have my money back. This is pretty pathetic.

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and some delights.. as well as a drink n taco… not only is a different order with 8 items taped to the bag but I received a veggie burrito and a potatoe sandwich with chips n a Mountain Dew How can you me and chailee confused yet my name is Danielle? Ordered from doordash there was an issue with the mixup or my order and I called taco bell and it was fixed so fast! Alan the manager and his team of employees were amazing and fixed the situation for me right away, best customer service ever!

Anytime I come to this location I feel like there is never enough staff to get food and orders out quick enough. One time I came through the drive through at mabye 8:30 on a Friday and there was only one worker! I felt bad for the person because there so a lot of cars coming through. I have never had a issue with the food given to me even the night there was only one worker.

i go to this taco bell all the time, i ask for no lettuce and 1/2 the time there’s lettuce. also the amount of meat you get on a $4 is sad.

Wow both my burritos I ordered on doordash from this tacobell for almost $30 were made wrong and they have the phone off the hook at this location so I can’t call I want a refund!

Still the best deal for a quick meal out there. $10 or less and you get alot of food and drink. I feed my daughter and myself for under $15 with leftovers for later. LOVE THE GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO!!

Update on review, this time around it was much much better! With the whole corona virus scare they brought out meals with gloves and mask on and in a seperate container with 2 go box inside,impressive! Taco 🌮 😋 was delicious and Jake was extremely helpful. Thanks guys

THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIMES..... my fiance and me had a very busy and long drive back home and our order was super messed up. We spent $40 plus dollars and ordered on 3/14/2022 the time was 11:00 pm more than 95% of the order was incorrect. The only two things that were right right in the order was the drink and the crunch wrap supreme. All of the other items were not what we had ordered and confirmed on the screen. The food that we came home with was not even worth the value that we spent. We were just too tired to go back and knew that there would not be a manager to talk to at this time to rectify this situation. We're home with an order we did not want, save yourself and check the order before you leave since these overpaid employees can't get the order right. If they want to make more money they need to do the orders right. I guarantee corporate would be very displeased about the lack of customer service and satisfaction level. With the amount of items left out of the order, we wound up going elsewhere. We won't be returning to Taco Bell and will give our services to Chipotle or Moe's.

If there was another taco bell in the area I'd probably just go to that one. The staff here is kind but they owe me over a dozen tacos, they always forget at least one item every time.

The night staff is very unprofessional when it comes to doing night orders! They start cursing and making a big fuss out of big orders. If you are going to complain every time we put in and curse, then don’t work here! Other people have walked in while I was here and they just ignored them. This Taco Bell has done an awful job hiring night staff workers!
