Unfortunately the last time I will come to this location. We purchased burgers with bacon, when the burgers arrived there was no bacon. After going back up to say there was no bacon I was handed a small tray of over cooked and burnt bacon. Unbelievable.

Burger was dripping and soggy, very disappointed, fries were wilted. Last time I came it was pretty good. ...not this time

This review is from my husband because I am not a fan of 5 Guys but he is. He loves their fries and burgers. What he loves about the fries is they are fresh cut and they tell you where they were sourced from. When we pick up an order for him from there I cannot stand the smell from the deep fry. I used to make donuts for ten years and would go home with that smell of oil and sweetness on my skin so maybe that is why. I feel their burgers are way too expensive. Like I said though my husband likes them and he wants a high rating for them. Nothing personal 5 Guys, your not my cup of tea. I will say that they are generally crowded when we pick up Door Dash orders and sometimes you have a long wait for your order.

I used to love it here. No longer. Toppings are chintzy, even when I ask for extra. Get half the fries as used to get but at full (inflated) price. Another sad story of used to be good but no longer. Sad.

My 1st time here ,and we stopped by after leaving Seaside for my birthday , and the server was nice but the floors were so dirty ! I know it had to be the actual people who sat there and ate all those peanuts 🥜 and left shells everywhere!! I felt bad that the server had to leave ,his register to go clean up for larger parties of(6). It's sad people eat like pigs then leave a mess,but he cleaned it up ,without complaining and said " that's my job" 🤨. The food was fresh and good 👍

Terrible. Called in our order at the Tom's River location an hour early and arrived on time and checked in. 25 minutes later when I asked why it wasn't ready I was greeted with questions about if I had dinner what I was supposed to do. The cashier verified as, did my receipt, that I had. I was then given a bunch of excuses and not one apology and when I got home and opened the there orders of fries I found the containers half empty. Really poor excuse for customer service. I'll only use the Howell location from now on because they don't treat their customers this way.

The Large fries was really large. Lol stick with the small if eating alone. That said, my first time trying it. A very tasty burger.

So I pulled up into the parking lot... peeped the inside as i was putting my car in park. i was in utter awe....the bright red sign and the checkered design in the inside, my first thought was “wow i want a burger in my mouth”. i walked in, observed my surroundings, and felt so at home. glancing to my sudden right i saw the most heart warming thing... beautiful drawings by children of god. my heart was fluttering like a butterfly in the middle of june. as i approached the counter i was pleasantly greeted. ordered my food as the cook was giving me luscious and promiscuous eyes. i waited about 8 minutes exactly for my food to get done. as i sat down, i grabbed my hunk of a burger right out of the bag and i just exploded with excitement. my burger was a big, juicy, delectable work of art. and don’t ask me about the fries, they were such an abundant supply, i didn’t even eat them all. so to conclude my rating. i give this place a 5 star review. thank you for your time, I WILL BE BACK AGAIN

Great staff, definitely working as a team. Very clean restaurant. Bathroom clean, well maintained. Everything in condiments, supplies all stocked. Keep up the good work crew!

Bought 2 burgers (1 plain the other with bacon), 3 dogs (plain) and large fries. The burgers were a bit overcooked but otherwise delicious. The dogs and fries were good. Cost was $50. Place is clean and maintained.

My bacon cheeseburger with fried onions and mushrooms was awesome. Friendly and courteous service & the place was super clean., I recommend it to anyone anytime.

Loved the peanuts while waiting. Very clean. Service was kind. A bit pricey but worth it! Will be back!

The burgers and fries are excellent. The burgers 🍔 are real chop meat you see them cooking the burgers and the grill. And the fries you see cook real potatoes 🥔.. but like everything else the price keeps going on. But all cooked as you wait🍔🥔❤️😃

First of all, the place itself was all dirty. There was not a single clean table in the whole restaurant. Customers had to clean tables for themselves after a couple of minutes walking around looking for a clean one. When the guy at the desk asked me what topping I want for my cheeseburger, I said ketchup. I didn't know it's going to mean I'll literally have a patty, a slice of cheese and ketchup(!) between buns. Lettuce, tomato etc is not included in the basics. Almost 40 bucks for two small cheeseburgers (and I mean they ARE small), small fries and fountain drinks. Oh yea and the flavored sprite didn't have the flavor in it!

Came in 20 minutes before closing w a group of people — they had every reason to be upset and probably were… sorry guys — hope you got some good rest that night. However, made the freshest Five Guys meal I’ve ever had. Literally handled the situation like champs. Thank you gentlemen! Additional notes: The place was spotless, the food came out in less than five minutes although they already had the flat tops cleaned and the food was literally incredible. Get these guys a raise ASAP.

Little pricey, but one of the best burgers around. Building is clean and not too crowded.

Five Guys was my place to go to for the best burger and fries. What the heck happened? Today I was served the absolute dryest, tasteless piece of cardboard ever. The fries were burned black outside and mushy inside. I took a photo but have no way to post it on this site. The loud rap music made it impossible to hear my companion sitting across from me. I won't be going back.

Sadly the fries were not crispy and too much salt...generous amount of fries but would rather of had less good fries than limp fries.

Good service, decent fast food, burgers made to order, always fresh. Lots of options including some vegetarian items like grilled cheese and veggie sandwiches. Skip the bun for low carb meals with a bowl or lettuce wrap. Fries are crispy but have to be loaded with calories. Place very clean. Restroom well maintained.

Food was excellent!! Hot and fresh. Double bacon burger very tasty. I even managed to eat all the fries, which were hot and salty. Don't eat here often, it's more of a special occasion type place. Probably your best Five Guys in the area. Worker was also cleaning all the tables while I was there.

I came here yesterday and I was crying because of how good the food was. Joe was the best server of all time. He made my burger so special and he made my day so much better. I would love to go back to that establishment. Every time I’ve visited this delectable restaurant Joe has given me the utmost respect and kindness, I dropped my fries and he offered me another one for free and cleaned it up off the floor. My milkshake was extra creamy and tasty as well as my burger being extra cheesy meaty thick and delicious. I gave Joe my number in order to hire him for catering. so sexy and beautiful!!!

I bought a double bacon cheeseburger with my fixings and fries. My order was quickly made and the food was hot and Good!!! Loved it! Plus I took some of the peanuts lol home and they were awesome! I microwaved them and they actually were salted which surprised me because they were shelled. Love that place! And it was clean

This place is great. Every now and then, I have to have a burger and fries. Fantastic. The toppings are fantastic. The fries are old fashion Boardwalk fries. Then, free shelled peanuts to boot.

Worst Burger place. If my dad hadn't wanted to get it I would have never stopped in. They give you all the fries you could ever want to bad they are made out of cardboard. I have never had worst tasting fries ever. Burger was awful too

Appears the dine-in area got a little update, which is good. Was upset Coke no longer offers MrPibb in their machines. The food was really good with the burgers cooked medium well. Hot dogs I've never had before, and I have to say I was impressed with the result. I'll be getting that again. [Bacon, cheese, hot dog]

This place left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally! 7 dollars for a regular hot dog on a bun... no fries no drink... what in the living hell, never coming back... also grilled cheese tast like trash.

Went in just to get dinner and was told my total was $42, I was then charged an additional $6.42 for tip without My knowledge, after I waited for the others behind me to order I brought this up to an employee and was told that I was unable to get a refund and that they would need to contact the General manager. I've never had a problem like this with any other food place I've been to, and to randomly add a 15% tip for fast food is insane.
