Stopped by on the way home. Big Macs, fries and a mocha frappe. The drive thru had a long line, but it went extremely fast. I used my bogo coupon for a free Big Mac, too. Everything was great. It always is at this location. The frappes are around the same price. However, they are definitely smaller. The large now appears to be the old medium size. Not happy with that. The most recent visit yesterday, we were in the drive thru. Ordered two mocha and one caramel frappes. They tasted great, but they didn't fill the whipped cream. Very disappointing. I had to take a few pics and post it. You tell me. My most recent visit today. Since it was hot out, I was in the mood for a mocha frappe. We ordered 2 large. When we got them there was no whipped cream on them at all and a flat lid on them. After mentioning the missing whipped cream, they said they were out of it. I said you charged me for it. Not only that, I swear they're even smaller than the last time I remember thinking they shrunk. I'm positive they're the old medium size of not smaller. I guess I understand it, though. These last two years have been some unfortunate times were living in. This is what it means when they say elections have consequences.

I am appalled at the lack of cleanliness at this location. The girl that took my order got it wrong. She spoke in a whisper and I did not understand what she was saying. The Big Mac bun was not fresh. The sandwich was thrown together. Poor quality control and lack of supervision on the line. The tables were greasy, food on the floor and workers walking over it. No pride in anything anymore. Just get the orders out. I am shocked that McDonalds standards for food quality and cleanliness are not followed here.

Ordered a Cappuccino which are usually very good. Got home and took the lid off the cup to find that it was not a cappuccino but rather a full cup of straight up milk lol. MILK. How do you give this to somebody as a cappuccino?! The incompetence is astounding. This Mcdonalds is so inconsistent. I can not believe this is the generation of workers that are going to make $15 per hour minimum wage if not more. Lazy and incompetent. Always something wrong or missing. Every time u get fast food now it seems like theres a 50% chance something is going to be messed up. And this generation wants a tip for counter service at most places now on top of their $15 per hour. And they want us to pay off their college loans too. Yea right LOL!! Theres no accountability anymore. Be better at your job.

Worst French Fries I have ever had from a McDonald’s. I have ordered from off of grub hub and it’s been better. Soggy, cold., no salt. Not Quality at all

This McDonalds is always clean. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and when I mean fresh my fries were sizzling nothing worse than cold french fries!! Everything was on point and that was very nice. It's great when your food isn't sitting under the lights and it's not sitting there for a while and you didn't have to wait a long time to get it. So thank you. It was greatly appreciated and greatly noticed!!

I went around 6pm midweek. I use my app for points the person taking order didn’t seem familiar when I asked if they want my app #. I was happy & surprised there was NO line. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. There were 2 people talking at the register and 1 finally opened window and said I was good to go (I pay through app) - when I got to food window there were no less than 4 people kind of hanging & chatting. I got my sandwich and when I got home I had a cold like refrigerator cold “Spicey” chicken sandwich not what I ordered and I am not even sure was cooked. I called the 800 # on the window and no response? I think I will have it my way next time

Usually pretty busy, but, as to be expected for a fast food joint on a main road. I've had a good mix of positive and negative experiences here. Some employees are great, others don't acknowledge you at all and shove your order into your hands. About a month ago I waited at the "Reserved Drive Thru Only" lane for over 30 minutes. I had to go in and ask if there was perhaps a problem with my mobile order. Turns out they just forgot about me and tried to hand me my cold food with no apology. Other than that, pretty standard for McDonald's. My order is correct a majority of the time, but, I'm no stranger to having to walk in to have my order corrected. Just wish some of the staff would actually acknowledge me when I say "hello", "thank you" or "have a good day".

Ordered a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich Friday, March 4th. It was terrible. I ended up only eating my fries & drinking my shake. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

Disgusting and disgraceful! I went here tonight around 9:30pm at the drive thru. I was half way through my quarter pounder with bacon and realized there was a piece of a chicken nugget hanging put of it and raw meat! I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever come to this establishment! I'm so damn disappointed in this MCDONALDS! I'll never eat there ever again!!

What a shame this place has come to. I didn’t know I was at the zoo. Walked in and the staff is running around after each other like they were on the playground and not at work. Asked for honey and got ranch and the topper to this night asked for a sweet tea no ice and got a unsweet tea with a whole lot of ice. I am sure that MR. Chapman will be so happy for his staff and how they play or on their cell phones. Not worried about the customers.

Went thru drive thru had to park to side for like 10 min to wait for food when they brought it to me fries taste like they sat and then they dumped back in oil to reheat fries cheeseburger and nuggets all ice cold and nothing was fresh so answer me why did I have to pull to side and wait 10 min if u was gonna give me old cold food?

I get coffee and a mcmuffin for breakfast weekly or oatmeal. I think the coffee is delicous. I really like the am drive through lady, she might be the manager. If she is not there the staff seem out of sorts. She is always friendly and pleasant to deal with. Most importantly she always says thank you or you are welcome. I rarely get this from the other staff. They have a very good breakfast.

I do not go to McDonald's often. I just want to know when did the size of a Big Mac become the size of the old double cheeseburger? Also, the thickness of the burger you can almost see through it. I always come here and the food is usually really good but they never fill the large fry container. If I pay for a large fry I want a large fry. This is what I usually get when I order large fries sometimes I get less.

Worse place ever to order food. Too much playing around the workers. They keep on getting my order wrong no matter where I order. It can be inside or in drive threw. Workers don’t even give you a receipt at all. They are good on forgetting your drinks to your order too. I have to check my order before I leave usually it’s wrong. Every time I say something usually the workers laugh like it’s a game when it’s not. There times to mangers specially to busy fooling around and not paying attention to the customer specially they are taking your order. It has happen to me they want to chat with regular customers. I find it really rude. This place is very unprofessional I refused to come here anymore. I started to go other McDonald’s on rt37. They are a lot better with customer service and everything else. This McDonald’s location is a joke if I give it a zero star I would. They don’t even deserve this one start. You just lost a customer for good.

I knew it was going to be bad experience from the start when I started to order then the employee said hold on mid sentence and took 10 mins to come back to take my order. Then I had the wrong order. I called couldn't get through went back through the line. They argued a bit about the order and then instead of having extra time to eat before an appt. We threw it away because the food was old and cold and the cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. Used to gonout of the way for this McDonald's. Not anymore food was gross.

No complaints about the speed of the service or the taste of the food if, and when, the order is correct. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns to go. I was waited on promptly and given my bag of food promptly. I got home with the surprise for my family, open the bag, no hashbrowns. Really!? It wasn't a big order. They should have gotten it right.

Love their shakes, especially the chocolate kind. Much improved over what they had years ago. I use their app a lot for the good deals and rewards. Big money saver.

I ordered on the app for curbside delivery. The app always has a good coupons. Our order was brought out very quickly, about 5 minutes after we arrived. My husband's quarter pounder was good, the Coke I got was good, but a little watery.

How is it you place an order for two sausage mc muffins, then wait 9 minutes for the car in front of you to get there specialty coffee, then they ask you to park and it takes 11 more minutes for your food. In the end it took me longer to get my order than it took to drive the 10 miles and four traffic lights to get there hmm.

McDonald's on the Walmart "plaza" is a great place for convenient pickup.

Went after hours at 2. I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to greet me. After a while i rolled back and rolled forward thinking maybe they didnt realize i was there then some went on the mic and asked if i wanted roll back and roll thru again very snottly so i decided to leave and no longer bringing my business there again. Retrain your over night workers

Stopped in ..the guy brushed me off when I asked for my food to be extra hot..annoyed me..took forever to get my food and had to ask for my drinks..too busy scrambling around with pick up orders.

If I could give 0 I would. This place can never get my order right at all. I have called and complained so many times it's horrible. I don't understand how hard it is to read a screen. Order and cheeseburger bundle and only get my burger all the time. Horrible. Need to train ur staff better or tech them how to read.
