The best ! My coffee is always fresh and the staff is the best!

A little annoyed by the fact that they had workmen and no one could order only through drive through and as I was on foot there was nothing I could do.

I ordered a $60 box of Joe and some sandwiches and they refused to give us three extra cups and did not include any sweetener in the package. There is something very wrong when everyone just assumes that the entire country is addicted to sugar.

The teens / younger people and one of the managers can care less about your wait time. They will make you late to work. You have to wait for them to finish their conversations or acknowledge you. Very ignorant staff with exception of two ladies.

I used to work for this company. It was actually one of my first jobs growing up. I ordered an iced coffee at the drive up today around 3:45 PM, September 5th 2023. I politely asked for an empty cup to empty my breast milk into. It’s not the fact that she said no that was the issue. She was rude about it and slammed the window shut without saying sorry, thank you, or anything. No receipt, just rude. I have never encountered such terrible customer service at any Dunkin’ Donuts in my life. I will never go to this location again.

They got rid of the avocado, bacon & tomato sandwich. I don't eat their donuts.

Love love love this Dunkin and the team , most of the time they know when I’m in the drive through and always so accommodating and friendly. 10 stars !

Cold yet Well done hash browns. Coffee was scolding and tasted burnt. They definitely didn’t add caramel.

Not from around here but guy was rude, couldn't understand him. And then I got donuts that were missing half the icing. Luckily I keep sugar in my car because the one I got tasted like it didn't have any in it.

I stopped in to pick up a thermos mug and some tea and donuts. Service was fast place was clean and the food was tasty. It does look like the price of a low-end thermos has gone up a few bucks though

Just spent 50.00 Bucks to be treated rude by the girl at the register. Never going back to that location again. The other 2 workers had more responsibility making my sandwiches and box of Joe were pleasant all while taking care of the drive thru that was crazy busy. Register girl didn’t even get me milk and cups for the coffee. One bad apple can spoil things…..

Used to love Dunkin but they lost there touch!

They are stingy with their cream cheese on bagels. If you ask for more they want to charge you extra. Their bagels are thick and require cream cheese or some spread to swallow. I only buy here after bagel shops close. Who orders a bagel with cream cheese to eat bread?

I would give no starts of I could. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The workers are very rude. Cold brew coffee watered down even with a shot of espresso in it. Never received my food order after I asked for my money back on the disgusting coffee I was given and they argued with about that also. I will never go to a Dunkin again. They are not what used to be

It's a rainy miserable day out today and they have some Jack a** working the drive-through. I ordered a medium coffee. That's all I wanted. This Jack a** kept asking would I like to order a larger coffee for an extra 37 cents I said no. Then he asked why not. Then he asked would I like to order a donut. I said no. He asked why not are donuts are good. I said I'm not interested in your donut I just want my coffee. Keep in mind that it's pouring rain and now I am soaking wet. If this guy wants to be a comedian maybe he should go into the city and try to be funny.

I wanted a pumpkin spice iced latte. They gave me an iced espresso coffee. Yuck. I went back inside and asked if they could make me a new one. I couldn’t understand the guy. He put a single pump of pumpkin into the drink and handed me the drink. I’m not happy with my drink. Never going to the one in silverton ever again.

At Fisher Blvd location in toms river today I did drive through. Three staff members visible at the window. Two had masks over mouth but not nose as they gathered my food. The third had her mask on her chin, so neither nose nor mouth were covered. That is No way to make me feel comfortable about the safety of the food they served me. Also no napkins in my takeout bag. Generally skeeved me out.

Very bad customer service today..must have new staff. Hooper Ave near CVS in Silverton. I will never go there again. And I used to appreciate the owner. Not today. Got my order wrong. Tried to charge me for 2 donuts when I only ordered 1 and claimed she could not correct the amount because she had no key to the register. Very poor training.

Employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Our order was easy no problem with that. We had to wait too long because of all the mistakes they were making with the people in front of us. Never again.

Very poor service never gets the order correct and not only charged me for my order but for someone else order. When I pointed out to them they admitted it and told me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to have it refunded to my account. I am fined that most of the Dunkin Donut are no good anymore. It is a coffee donut shop and I have been to ones lately that are totally out of donut, bagels and muffins all at one time. I cannot believe it but I pulled in to a Dunkin Donuts and they were out of coffee.
