Today
I
went
through
the
drive
thru
at
this
Dunkin
location.
To
preface
I
was
a
regular
customer
at
this
location
and
usually
order
the
same
thing
ever
time.
Today
I
went
through
the
drive
thru
and
ordered
a
plain
bagel
with
butter.
Again
this
is
something
I
order
regularly.
I
ate
the
first
half
of
the
bagel,
and
as
I
went
to
eat
the
other
half,
I
noticed
MOLD
in
the
bagel?!?!
I
immediately
felt
sick
as
I
already
ate
the
other
half
where
there
could
have
been
even
more!!
I
brought
the
half
back
to
the
store,
and
the
employee
claimed
“it
isn’t
mold,
it
is
the
holes
from
the
bread.”
And
that
“
if
it
was
mold
it
could
be
green.”
She
completely
dismissed
my
concern,
as
if
I
didn’t
just
physically
show
her
the
moldy
bagel.
I
did
not
cause
a
scene
as
I
am
not
that
type
of
consumer,
however
customer
service
was
called.
Y’all
should
definitely
reconsider
your
business
at
this
location
as
the
employees
don’t
seem
to
care
about
quality
control
or
customer
concerns!!
