Very close to the beach which is good during the day but bad at night because you can hear the very loud music from the beach clubs until 3AM. The rooms that aren't pool side have very bad washrooms and the lock on one of our rooms didn't lock properly

Room is very outdated. Only hot water in the shower not on the faucet. Shower sprayed everywhere except straight. Room was not clean, looked like someone had thrown ap and the left side of the toilet wasn't cleaned properly (see pictures) Extremely loud music every night untill 3 oclock. The base sounds like you're at the party We had read other reviews stating loud music, both of us being in our 20s we're used to something and thought we could sleep through it. We didn't expect it to be this loud and this disturbing. Never experienced a room so loud. Beds are like laying down on a piece of wood. I have never before had a bed so hard and so uncomfortable Both woke up with sore backs Room states garden view on booking, the view however is right onto the backside of another building. Only a small palm tree is green in front of you. Certainly not a garden view, more like a concrete view. Rooms are very noisy, could hear neighbors talk and sneeze. Way too overpriced and uncomfortable. This has been both our most expensive and worst hotel out of our 3 week Thailand trip We had the standard room, don't pick the standard room.

Do not book this hotel, its a dive! We checked in today, standard rooms are like a hostel! Swimming pool is so uninviting, photos on website are nothing like reality! We have been out tonight to try cheer ourselves up after major disappointment but currently sitting up in bed listening to the throbbing loud music from club virtually next door. I literally burst into tears having booked this dive for the next 5 nights, my teen son and daughter are equally disappointed. When we walked past the pool and dining area the saw our tired, uninviting rooms I wanted to get a refund and try to book another hotel immediately but they had taken full payment already, absolutely gutted. I expressed my disgust to reception staff member who just forced a smile and said 'sorry', she did not care less. Do not book this hotel! We will be spending as little time here as possible.

Rooms are average. Initially, we got a corner room with virtually no shower area in the washroom but they moved us to another room at our request. There is no telephone in the room to request for any service. The tours/ ferry tickets sold by the hotel are not the cheapest. You are better off by buying from somewhere else. The hotel is close to a club on the beach and you can hear the music in your closed room at night ( not too loud ). The location is quite good with the beach super close by. Breakfast is decent.

Below average room with no telephone to ask anything, no curtesy reception, change attitude or people will never come again to this place. Breakfast was okay. But there is nothing in the room.

I stayed for three nights in two different types of rooms, the standard and the deluxe. The standard is realllly basic, the deluxe is more decorative. There is a weird issue with mosquitos being in the room and the bathroom as well. All that aside my low rating is due to, two incidents of people entering my room. First was from housekeeping which I could slide, the second was from another hotel resident who somehow managed to unlock and open my door.

Pros: - perfect location! close to the beach, on the main street of Koh Phi Phi. - great and calm pool - basic but tasty breakfast, i really liked it. Cons: - Most important! There is a nearby hotel that does a party every night until 2-3am. So if someone does have hard time sleeping, it will ruin your experience, don't go there. - rooms are in a not so good shape, we asked for a transfer as our first shower was terrible and old.

We stayed in the deluxe room. We think its great value for money. Friendly staff and good breakfast. All the nightlife and restaurants are really close by. You do hear the noise a bit from the clubs but it didnt bother us.

Nice rooms and pool. Breakfast was great. Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper. Feels like you're in the bathroom at a club until 2am. Location is great, right beside beach and view point hike.

I have been on Anita Resort for two days and I loved my stay. The room was clean and the breakfast really. Mattress was good and air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel is simple but clean and in a great location. I was on the back room, was not a good view, but at least the noise of parties donโ€™t bored me. The staff are kind and helpful. For sure, Iโ€™ll be back.

Very simple accommodations. Paying for location more than luxury here. Mostly clean and comfortable beds. It did feel a bit unsecure, so I used an external security lock when in my room. Lots of mosquitoes, but after a long hard party on the beach, sleep was lovely. Breakfast was included and was simple but tasty. Never used the pool, but it looked lovely. Highly recommend the beach party with fire shows starting at 830pm.

If you're in doubt, Don't stay here. Rooms are super basic. Very hard mattress, shower is not separated from the rest o the toilet and there is no telephone in the room. The mirrors don't have adequate light for make up or skincare. The breakfast was very basic, the bread they served us was passed over time and hard. The hotel is really near one of the main party areas and the music goes all night in your room too. One aspect that I dislike, but happens in several places, they ask you to take your shoes to enter the restaurant area. The only staff that speaks English is the reception. No one in the restaurant was able to understand a full request. The price this place charges should correspond more with other hotels in the island for the same price. Pictures are not corresponding to the real thing.

Very nice hotel in the center of Koh phi phi. We very liked the pool and bar in the pool, also the spacious room, big shower and kind helpfull stuff. Breakfast outside was every day the same, not a big offer but enough. We paid around 200โ‚ฌ for 4 nights what was a very good deal online. What we didnt liked was noise from the beach bars around also after midnight. Also noise airconditioner in the room. And we found bathroom not clean in total but over all, recommand! :))

Rooms are small. No place to keep toiletries in the washroom. AC takes time to cool. Shower water isnโ€™t hot enough. First ever hotel who asked for extra charge on asking for an hour late checkout. Overall experience was below average. Recommend to go for some better option.

Great location literally in the thick of Phi Phi island main area. Really close to all the beach bars, great swim up bar, good music at the pool too. Just be aware itโ€™s very loud due to the close proximity of all the music plying at the clubs (which is not an issue if you are out partying til 2am!!!)

  • 3/5 Omri W. 7 months ago on Google
Very good location like 100m from the beach, but there's music all day in the pool near the rooms, and VERY loud music until 1-2AM from the bars nearby. Also it's a bit overpriced in my opinion, we stayed 2 nights at a deluxe bungalow, it's just OK, I don't think it's worth 2000 baht per night If noise is an issue for you, this might not be the place.

We stayed at Anita Resort for 1 week in September, we absolutely loved it and will come back ! The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is simple but good , we slept well , rooms are clean, the location is perfect. It's a little bit noisy because of the party on the beach but it was ok for us. We will definitely come back .

Marisa & Joe were fantastic lovely stuff who were like family to us all the time they keep on smiling and they arranged an amazing honeymoon setup on arrival for me and my husband. Room is clean they clean the every day. The terrace we had was so nice Location is perfect in the middle of Slinky beach access and also the market and Restaurants Plus most important there is always an amazing guard and security on the door To make us sleep feeling safe.

Nice place to stay in Phi Phi Island. I paid 180 for 3 nights for me and my girl. Pool was nice. Pizza place not far on the corner that I went to at 4 a.m. HUGE shower which was nice and A LOT of hot water. Can't complain. Right out front is a nice street and straight shot to the beach. Not even a 2 minute walk. Tons of food options around.

Good location, alcohol in the pool. Cocktails from 150-300 bath. Water in the bath smells weird. They help you with the luggage from the pier and back. They sell very overpriced tours. Rest ok

A good set up, someone was waiting for us at the harbour but we missed them and walked about 5 mins instead to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was quite funny, lovely customer service! We were in top floor and the rooms were quite decent. So the stairs were the only thing that made it a bit difficult. It's literally on the beach and 1 min from everything. Loved it!

room was normal, nothing special but its ok due to the price. the staffs was nice and thats enough for me, could not expect more from a 3 star resort!! and its so close to the beach, even the beach here is terrible!

  • 4/5 Charles H. 1 year ago on Google
Staff is very cool, clean room with working AC. You can have takeaway breakfast if you dive/visit early. The only issue but I guess this apply to all resort in the center: loud music from the beach until 2am

Everything was good. Cannot really fault the hotel resort. Staff were helpful and took out bags to our rooms the room was spacious and comfortable. Pillow was too big for my liking but there wasn't a phone to reception to ask for a different one and I wasn't inconvenienced enough to head downstairs and ask for the possibility of a change. Breakfast wasn't included but was 150 baht each and was actually ok. With Vegan bacon and nice coffee available. Nice for one day

I have been to this hotel several times and always very satisfied. Pleasant and always helpful staff. Breakfast with a smaller selection, but sufficient in tropical weather. You will find what you need at breakfast. Great pool. The disadvantage of the hotel is the proximity of nightlife. Suitable for young people.

The room was fine, although they could do with some fresh paint and they are a bit run down looking. we had to request cleaning when we wanted it which was a bit odd. The shower was cold and when we reported to the receptionist she said it had been fixed but was still cold that night and the next day. The receptionist is also very unfriendly! You have to pay 1000 baht for the room deposit key which is returned upon checkout. The location was very good if you want to be in the middle of everything.

If you want relax night donโ€™t book this hotel, thereโ€™s a bar behind with very loud noise from the music.

Room were terrible, but Staff services are the worst. My room Air conditioner was broken. And for the room makeup service front desk told me to put the cleanup sign in front of the room before 3pm. I went out around noon hang the sign give front desk a key then comeback around 5pm. Guess what the room has not clean up. And when i told reception got none of apologizes just tell me that maid gonna going now. End up i have to wait 1 more hour till maid come. Only good thing is their location near the beach.

Stayed here a few times now and after the most recent visit to phi phi have decided its my go to hotel. There aren't many luxury options (if any!) in tonsai village but this hotel is clean, smells nice and really close to everything. Some places I've stayed on the island have problems with smelly drains but pleased to report this hotel doesn't. Comfy bed, shower pressure good, a good basic hotel.

The hotel is cool because it is 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and you are also in the middle of the town. You have a good "All you can eat" breakfast for 150 THB and a big and clean pool. My room didn't have a nice view but it was a cheap one. The room could be a bit more clean and nice but prince for Phi Phi Island is fair. Had a good time there.
