Phi Phi ViewPoint is a must-visit place when you came to Phi Phi Island, regardless of change after the tsunami. There are a lot of hotel and restaurant buildings happening everywhere. You also can see from the pictures, I feel it took me long to walk up there than it use to from my previous trip over 10 years ago. They try to build some tourist unnecessary landmarks at viewpoint 1, I think keeping it clean and safe should be good enough. There is a 30 baht ticket, which is the visitor can buy at this point.

A must do if you are in Phi Phi. They are a few signs that indicate the way but they seemed confusing at first but you can just ask anyone and you'll find it easily. The entry is just 30 bath for the first two view points. (Unfortunately I didn't have time to do the other 2 viewpoints to see the other side of the island.) I have to be honest I didn't expect the stairs to be that hard but it's worth it - don't be like me and forget your water bottle because even in the morning it's hot!!!!!! But as a rewarded you can have a coconut once you get all the way up (there are shops at the second viewpoint). I missed the sunrise but it was still beautiful.

Beautiful place but you won’t get clear view of magical phi phi Island… you have to reach Phi Phi view point 2 which is 30 min steep walk from view point 1 for perfect view. Note: To reach Phi Phi Viewpoint 1 you have to conquer around 350 steep stairs, so it's not easy to get away with it. When you have conquered the stairs you will pass the cash register and you will be allowed to pay 30 baht. With this you have paid the entrance fee for viewpoint 1 and 2.

The Phi Phi I sland Viewpoints are worth the hike! Be warned it is a lot of steps all the way up. You'll need to take some breaks in the heat. There are restaurants and restrooms, even An outdoor shower to cool off if needed. Really the place for your photos high above the hotel zone.

Beautiful view, Sunrise us the best. Safe steps to the viewpoint. Nice garden at the top with photo name slates. Entry for both viewpoints at 30 bahts. Recommended to carry cash throughout the thailand trip. Well maintained garden and serene view of the harbour

Beautiful viewpoint, absolutely stunning! However don’t forget your bottle of water with you, as it is extremely hot and you have to climb about 50 floors of stairs to get there. The entrance for view point one and two cost 30 baht combined. Just bring cash and you pay for both altogether 30 baht. If you are afraid of heights maybe don’t climb to viewpoint 2 as it might scare you in a way, otherwise wonderful experience

Stunning Views of Phi Phi! The viewpoint offers an incredible panorama of the island, but be ready for a trek uphill. The 50 baht ticket is well worth it for the breathtaking scenery. A must-visit for nature lovers, but do prepare for a bit of a hike to witness this amazing view!

Phi Phi Island is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited, and the Phi Phi Viewpoint 1 was definitely a highlight of my trip. As a nature lover, the view of the stunning surroundings from the top of the viewpoint took my breath away. The climb up to the viewpoint was quite challenging, but the stunning views made it well worth it. The hike itself was an adventure, with lush greenery and beautiful landscapes all around. When we finally reached the top, we were greeted with panoramic views of the island, with the emerald-green waters and lush greenery stretching out as far as the eye could see. The viewpoint also had some benches and seating areas, which was perfect for taking a break and enjoying the view. It was such a serene and peaceful place, and it was hard to believe that we were just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Overall, I would highly recommend the Phi Phi Viewpoint 1 to anyone visiting Phi Phi Island. The climb may be a bit challenging, but the views are well worth the effort. It's the perfect spot to take some breathtaking photos and to appreciate the natural beauty of this incredible island. I love Phi Phi, and this viewpoint just made me fall in love with it even more!

Absolutely amazing and scenic view. Full view of Phi Phi, I believe it was 30babt on arrival. Worth it. Only charged right at the top, you can go most of the way for free. Very big climb up though, at some points quite steep, so not great for those with mobility. There is also a restaurant/cafe and bar at the top if you wanted to spend more time

If you ever visit phi phi island this is a must. At the start the signs are hard to find but you will get your way. This was the path used to evacuate when tsunami hit the island. The initial part of the way is a bit hard to climb. But its worth a try to reach to the top and from there even to view point 2, 3 and 4. And yeah you need to pay for a ticket too at view point 1.

It is unthinkable to visit the Phi Phi Islands and not visit viewpoints 1 and 2. A bit difficult to climb up to viewpoint 1 with many steep steps that need some attention. But this unrepeatable beauty of the view will reward you. The best time to be in this magnificent view is early in the morning, because in this way you will avoid a lot of heat which is multiplied by the difficult ascent.

Worth the walk, the stairs at the bottom are overwhelming to look at, pretty much a verticle stairway to heaven. Very well maintained paths and concrete steps to the top. Viewpoint 1 is beautiful, viewpoint 2 worth the extra walk and a really nice cafe at the top. I spent a couple of hours up there. Beautiful gardens at the viewpoints too.

The first station of a must see location on Phi-phi island. Follow the signs throughout the village sois (alleys) till you reach the sign pointing to the stairs going up to viewpoint 1, took us less then 30 minutes with a 4 YO kid. View is great with many photo ops around the viewpoint.

When staycationing at Phi Phi Island you must have Viewpoint 1 & 2 on your To Do List. Absolutely illuminating view of the island from all direction. Be warned that this breathtaking view comes with its flight of steps and you’ll need to take breaks in between. Wear comfortable shoes and hydrate on the way. The Viewpoint has a once off entrance fee which is used to maintain the island. Personally, it’s best to hike early morning to get the best view of the island before it gets crowded. Viewpoint 2 has some steep steps and you need to be careful. At Viewpoint 2 there’s a lovely café to enjoy a cup of coffee and snacks with a view.

Nice place, you can find some statues of animals and great view. It’s like 15 minutes from the city not because is far, just lot of stairs. If you reach the viewpoint 1 just walk 10 more minutes and go to the viewpoint 2 is much better. You have to pay 30 baht ($1) and you can go all the viewpoints. Bring water and repellent but if not, there is a market on the top.

The view is outstanding but you literally need to climb all the way up there. It took me 10 minutes or so, I was soaking wet and almost fainting. Some people stopped along the way to catch their breath. You have 2 viewpoints: the first one is just at the end of the steps and you need to pay 30 baht. As it’s a Muslim place no alcohol is allowed but you can have water and fruit shake to cool off a bit. Once you reach that area you have an amazing view of both bays. If you want a more than perfect view you need to walk 5 more minutes to the peak. You can to by the shade and jus my watch the sunset. Some guys had drones flying, so instead of being a peaceful place to enjoy it became very noisy and everyone was complaining. Other than that, breathtaking and definitely worth it. Would I go a second time? No, thank you! 😁

Oh my god, yes this is worth the hike. Yes there is a 3.5km very steep winding track through the jungle, yes thes is a much shorter direct route with about 300 nasty steep stairs. Absolutely take the extra 300 and go to lookout 3. The view is breathtaking. Just another reason to love Phi Phi.

Recommended by a local, the entrance is near to Casita Hotel, there's signboard too. The steep staircase can be tiring, better to wear shoe and not recommended for elderly. Took about 30mins to hike up to viewpoint 1 and viewpoint 2 is nearby, the path is covered with cemen pathway. Entrance fee is 20 Baht per person, to pay after the steep staircase. The view is quite nice, viewing both sides of Phi Phi island bay. The local suggest to go early in the morning and you may able to watch the sunrise from sea

I need extra effort to reach this viewpoint, must climb many stairs to enjoy the beautiful view. I also paid for 30 Baht in its entrance gate. There was a beautiful park in the viewpoint. Also tsunami story in a other spot of viewpoint. There was a food stall in the viewpoint also.

A beautiful park, easy to hike to. But do not just stop over there. So climb up further to View point -2 and View point -3 for the best and most magnificent view of Phi Phi island.

Unbelievable stunning&beautiful view. Don't miss this place if you come to Phi Phi Island. The fee is 50 baht for viewpoint 1and2, and 50 more if you want to go for viewpoint 3. But for me viewpoint 2 already perfect😍

Nice viewpoint, use the hicking trail through the jungle, it's amazing but you need good condition and stamina. Definitely worth the fight through the jungle.
