Update August 2023 Had a great wholesome breakfast, staff very good. Update June 2023 Looks like the front entrance has been changed and smartend up. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the vegan sausages were not available. Update March 2023 Took advantage of a 40% off meal deal. Food and service as expected. Had Abbot beer on tap. Great breakfast and very attentive staff. Update December 2022 still have great funny friendly staff.

Very poor...don't bother. Had all you can eat breakfast here today. 1st...No sausages. 2nd...Presented nothing like advertised...see photos. 3rd...Bacon probably microwaved. Hash browns "soggy". Tomatoes ..not grilled ,slightly warm. Eggs ,hard yolks(for all 3 of us). Mushrooms undercooked. It was very busy. Probably a hundred (mostly disappointed) customers. We did receive a discount....but it should've been free..

The food and management has really gone down hill, My ribs was tough and chewy, My burger had cheese in it which I had asked to be served with no cheese, (They tried scrapping it off which I noticed) My Wife lamb chops were cold and chewy. Management was not helpful, they said all they could do was take one meal off the bill, after doing some research they were in breach of contract and we had the right to refuse to pay, its a civil matter not a criminal. Really gutted because pre 2019 this establishment provided a good service and the food was good. I will never be returning back to this place ever again and will never recommend it.

First time in a long time. But can clearly say last time.. Order 2 starters chicken goujons which where very salty. Main meal BBQ Ribs which was so dry it was like chewing Bubble gum.. Mixed grill came with pigs in blankets as they had no sausages. 2 pints off orange and lemonade and a coke and a cheese cake between us both.. We both estimated the bill and very surprising we was well out!! £69. Never again!! Shame as it once was a nice place to eat…

Free parking onsite. Service was pleasant, but food arrival was slow, even though it was only half full mid evening on a Saturday. The triple cooked chips were absolutely not triple cooked - only single, and the free refillable drinks were so watered down that any flavour tasted the same! Gave it three stars as this visit was very average.

As we were staying at the premier inn the beefeater seemed convenient. We ate there the first night but we soon found out that it would be better to travel 3 miles down the road. Food was half effort at best and staff, well, what a disaster! The woman serving us the first night was rotten, tutting at us when we asked for changes to the meal due to preferences. We found that extremely rude! We also attempted to dine there the second night but they seated us in the bar area and told us to clean our own table. I didn’t realize as soon as we walked though the door we were classified as employees! We asked if we could have the table cleaned and they gave us a flannel and asked, “would you like spray with that?” The cheek on this woman! It was not only our table, but every table was smeared with absolute filth. The staff are clearly lazy and do the bare minimum for a paycheck. All in all, would not recommend to anyone, would be better off shopping at the garage next door or the dumpster outside. However, breakfast was decent. Fair play to the morning staff at least they have an ounce of care for what they cook and serve. Also, hot sauce is nice, but that is made elsewhere. So take a bottle and run!

I’m sorry the meal photos were touched then shot, the foods were very nice so I thought I’ll post a rating. ⭐️🥩⭐️🥩⭐️ The BBQ wings starter had a tasty batter, we all loved them. Well cooked beef stake, and delicious lasagna. The food here is generally sweeter. ⭐️🥤⭐️🥤⭐️ We had a number of lovely waitresses, thank you guys very much.

We decided to come here as it it close to home, we've had less than perfect experience in the past but thought we would try again. So glad we did. The new menu is lovely and food was delicious. Our waiter Luke was amazing, my mum is on the slimming world diet and Luke was more than happy to help accommodate her. He was incredibly attentive and overall made our experience even better. The restaurant seems to have improved a lot since our last visit and we will definitely be back again.

Nice dining areas and menu - much more restaurant-like than pub-like. Wonderful food, and my medium-rare rib eye was perfectly cooked. Side dishes (salad, roated vegetables, onion rings, mushroom and tomato) were all excellent too. Friendly, cheerful service - thanx, Stacey! Adjacent to Premier Inn, and convenient to the Holiday Inn.

Used our Easter offer of 2 courses for 2 people for £25.Represented great value and both thoroughly enjoyed our food.Well spaced tables so plenty of room, nice friendly atmosphere and good to see staff liaising with each other and the manager on duty being engaging with everyone and hands on. Going to try the Sunday roast next time, they also do a sharing one. They have separate baby changing facilities that either parent can use.

Service was very good, however a little slow at bringing out drinks. The food was as expected for a Beefeater, fine for a mid week treat, but nothing special. Over all it was OK.

Food was delicious best I've ever had at a beefeater. Best waitress Carol or Claire. So polite, lovely chats and on the ball. First time I've ever praised a waitress and given her a tip. My partner knows I don't like many people who serve me. But she went back and beyond for us. Would come again when next in the area.

This is where I took my dad for his surprise birthday meal which he loved. I took him to the royal oak beefeater in Wrotham in the evening for dinner as a surprise for dad my sister Shelly Anthony and Robert turned up to surprise him. Shelly got us wine on ice then we ordered our meals of chicken wings for starter and a rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce. the food was nice but I had to stop because I was full so I had to go to the toilet. the waiter came out with a chocolate birthday cake with sparklers on while we sung happy birthday to dad and took a couple of pictures too.

We went for a group Christmas dinner. Carol looked after us very well, she was very attentive, helpful, cheerful and had a lovely warm personality. Service was quick in a good way. The food was lovely, could not fault it. Lovely and fresh and everything hot. The Xmas dinner was cooked to perfection - fresh, just the right amount, and will all trimmings. We felt the menu was very good value for money too and we went for the 3 course option. Would 100% recommend.

Came in on Christmas day as a party of 6. First time ever eating out for Christmas and what a amazing day had by all. But the best thing was our Waitress Sue, she made our day and is a great asset to the restaurant. Will be back, thank you Sue for making us feel special xx

Monday 04/07/23 14.50 pm walked in with my mother after taking her to visit my uncle and was told the waitress was changing shifts at t 3 , was led to an area where 4 other people was eating although the place was empty sitting right next to the gents toilet, was served drinks and then was left, I had to approach the new staff member who didn’t seem to like that I had to ask if we could order our food, she had a real attitude from the start, when our starter arrived was inedible garlic mushrooms were rock hard full of water, disgusting food. I thought I’d be safe ordering a rump steak as it is a beefeater, how wrong I was , I ordered medium rare and it arrived virtually raw, it was cold because it wasn’t cooked, the double cooked chips were drier than an Arabs sandal. I was so disappointed I just paid my bill and left. They did drop off the charge of the inedible mushrooms, I was so disappointed as I don’t get the chance to spend much time with my elderly mother and was supposed to be a nice treat for her, please don’t even think about eating here, as well as the terrible food the staff at that time of day need a lesson in how to treat people, what a terrible end to what was a special day, thanks beefeater.

I came here for business throughout the 4 days & every meal (morning & evening) was perfection! I couldn't ask for better food & service, will definitely return for leisure if I am not back soon enough for business.

We dine here regularly but I have to say today's breakfast was the worst ever. Waited so long for it, when it arrived it was shocking. The staff were upset as they were getting moaned at by customers , felt really sorry for a lady called sue. She was visibly upset. Not her fault, the chef needs pulling up and taught to cook properly. How can you do a bad job on a fry up? We didn't eat ours we left and went elsewhere. Probably won't go back

We walked here in about 10 mins from the Holiday Inn, when we stayed for Brands Hatch. It had quite an extensive menu, decent enough typical food, even veggie and vegan options. It was busy and service was quite slow but nothing terrible. The waiting staff were absolutely lovely however! Prices a little much considering the food.

We went here for lunch as I had a free main course voucher for my birthday. Been here many times before, and as usual no complaints. The food was plentiful, tasty and served quickly.

Excellent service. Amber was rushed off her feet but still maintained fabulous customer service with a smile. Was able to accommodate a meal suitable for specific dietary needs with no bother. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant surroundings. Wheelchair access also made our outing easier. Food was fabulous, great quality with perfect sized portions. Will definitely come again. Big thank you to all the staff
