Disappointing dinning experience for a restaurant. This could have been acceptable if it were fast food joint! Even though a reservation was made we arrived to watch staff run around in disarray, prepping and cleaning tables. Why book tables if you don’t have staff to clean or serve them??? We got the calamari to start (took 40 mins to arrive)which was quite good. The sweet and hot peppers are a good complement for it. I order the Roasted Mushroom & Truffle Gnocchi as my main. I was presented some bizarre concoction with chicken. I advised my server and although she offered to have it replaced, I had now been waiting an hour to eat and I declined the offer. The gnocchi was grainy and dry. I picked out what I could…. Hoping I will never be subjected to return here.

It took really long for us to get our food. Meatball was too salty and pasta was wayyy overcooked. Mozzarella was great as always.

Beautiful atmosphere, fine dining feel with slightly above average but not fine dining prices. Decadent and rich flavours, very indulgent. Some fresh pastas, the mozza ball is a MUST. The cheesecake however was the closest thing to solid butter I’ve ever eaten. Love this place and will seek opportunities to return (please open a location closer to Waterloo region!)

Came here to check out their 50% off spaghetti promotion. Ample options to choose from for special pricing but we were disappointed that for gluten-free (of course willing to pay more) didn’t qualify for the promo because they only have gluten free fettuccini and they don’t allow “substitutions”. Overall food tasted great but everything was on the salty side. Our friendly server came by to check up on us frequently even though it was a busy night. Clean bathroom (one of the stall coat hook in the women’s washroom was broken) and cozy establishment.

The appetizer was incredible. The bread was super garlicky and the cheese was soft and delicious. Our pasta dishes were great. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara as recommended by the server not expecting a poached like egg to be on top of the dish but when mixed into the pasta it became very filling. The poor man's Parm was a great added touch. My friend preferred the mushroom truffle dish and loved it as well. Definitely a place I would frequent again. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because the booth had crumbs on the seat and the table was incredibly sticky. Our server was very friendly and personable

As usual, Scaddabush didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Your Caesar salad is still the best I've ever had. The cheesecake is always to die for. The pasta was rich and flavourful. It was nice to dine inside right before the lockdown. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Excellent Italian Canadian cuisine experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Kayla, who promptly had us seated and a nice place near the window. It's a pleasant place and has a certain busy buzz that adds to its charm. Food is excellen, staff is superior and portions are really large. Really took liking to the place as it was a delightful and fun place. Thanks to the staff!

After only consuming the cheap gnocchi from no frills, I never had a good experience with it. Not until Scaddabush. The chicken gnocchi dinner was to die for. The drinks were absolutely delicious, but the dessert, the cheesecake, was the ultimate winner for me personally. I've never had one so creamy and delicious before. The food and drinks here is definitely high quality, making it worth the price. The service was also really nice. The only thing I'd say is if you want to come here, book in advance because it's so popular and busy. I had to sit at the bar to eat because it was a 45 minute wait for a table. I had a bit of a struggle getting in the entrance as the automated doors were buggy, but otherwise it was a good experience for me. Quite enjoyed myself. Would definitely recommend it.

Scaddabush Queensway has become my favourite restaurant in the GTA Great Service, delicious food, great portions and great atmosphere for families!! I have been to other Scaddabush locations and the service and food quality is the best at the Queensway location I have been to this location almost 20 times now and have been served by various staff, which were great…. Until we were served by Tony who was amazing! He has incredible customer service and helped us to customize our dishes (which we didn’t know was possible after all these visits) our meals were beyond delicious!! We were very happy and impressed with his customer service, he really went above and beyond to give us a memorable dining experience! Ten Stars for Tony!

If you want to have an experience unlike any other at a franchised restaurant, do yourself a favour and go to this location, then ask to be seated in Tony's section, lastly, and this is the most important part....Take every suggestion he gives you, don't alter anything, just listen to him and you will have an amazing experience. My wife, daughter and I love Scaddabush, but it was getting a little same-old, same-old for me and so having Tony as our server and as I like to refer to him as now, our Guest Experience Expert, it totally changed the usual lunch into an incredible experience. From the pizza my wife had (the Sophia with Tony's suggestion of adding pepperoni...game changer by the way) to the Tony Lasagna I had (incredible and probably the only thing I will order for the next several visits)....it was a difficult decision to not order the Tony Pizza to go (Don't worry Tony, I'll be back for that). Someone in Head Office needs to listen to this man's suggestions. You have someone internally that is doing subtle adjustments that won't cause chaos in the kitchen, but result in some truly unique and delicious dishes. Keep up the great work Tony and sorry for the delay in writing this review. You are amazing! Attached pictures are of the Tony Lasagna.

I laugh at the fact I was more excited to eat and forgot to take pictures for this review! So we were a few steps in before I snapped a pic quickly lol you missed the fresh mozzarella with balsamic and roasted hazelnuts, came with extra focaccia which we used to wipe up the pasta sauce after the spaghetti and meatballs. That meatball was huge, and if you like basil - there are obvious notes with the oil - it was light and tasty. Pizza was cooked perfectly, however I should note the scissors are for those right handed lol so sorry my left handed friends - you will mangle the pizza like we did. I’d say each dish was a bit over $20, portions seem reasonable. Good for sharing.

My sisters and I came here for late lunch as they keep raving about the food and they did not disappoint me. We arrived there around 1pm so it wasn’t busy but by the time we leave, it was packed. It was Saturday by the way. The lady who is serving us was very friendly and very accommodating. I forgot her name. We waited for an hour for the food but it was worthy. The food was sooooo delicious and the servings are quite big. My other sister utter the word, damn this is so good in every bite and she can cook too. We appreciate good food. We will be definitely coming back! Thanks

Oh my god! Cannot believe the pasta meatball that they served! It taste awful! Not worth the money! Taste like liver spread and it is so salty! This location is in Queensway/Sherway. Maybe it’s better in the other location? Service was great! But foods we ordered are awful! Never come back. Not recommended.

First of all I made a mistake after I read all these bad reviews to bring my wife and myself. I was planned to check it myself, but had no confidence. We came on this past Saturday in the evening, since it was dark we can’t see what we are eating. The food is not fresh at all. I ate it with out enjoying it. Now I am suffering of food poison and diarrhea. Please be honest and kind don’t even give such kind of awful Garbage for humans. We as a customer came to your restaurant respecting and trust you. I will send the picture what your food looks like. Zoom it and see it what you fed us for $70+with no respect for the public safety. This is an ill business practice very unethical. Shame on you.

Had the pleasure of visiting this location today and everything was absolutely perfect. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out quick and tasted perfect. We even had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Alex who made sure our experience was flawless tonight. Looking forward to coming back

Our waitress, Stephanie, was friendly, professional, quick and an amazing server. Alex, the mozzarella maker, created an amazing mozza dish. Compliments to the kitchen staff as well! Our food was excellent. This restaurant is gluten friendly and makes delicious gf pizza and gf pasta dishes.

Loved the ambiance of the restaurant..we ordered the Chicken Avocado BLT with Caesar saland and Scaddabush Italian Burger with reg fries. The burgers were really really good..we were both not fans of the buns tho.. Our server Anastasia was really friendly and polite

Stop by with a client to have some Lunch. Ordered, there's in-house cheese With bread and Margarita pizza. Cheese and bread were pretty good. Pizza was nice too, except for the fact that There was more bread than toppings. Client had shrimp salad and not sure it was prepared correctly as the client got sick later. Server was very nice and friendly.

It was my first time visiting this location. Stefanie was highly professional and knowledgeable about the menu and answered questions I had about the menu items. The service was great. Will definitely visit again.

Slightly disappointed. Service was fantastic. Our server Marina was friendly and prompt. The food is where they slipped. Two of us at the table ordered gnocchi, and both concluded that it was quite dense and dry. The mushroom sauce slightly redeemed the dish. Steak was also ordered (cooked medium-rare) and it was served closer to well-done. We asked for a new one, which wasn’t a problem, however, when it returned, it was quite rare. I guess the lesson is to stick to traditional pasta at this restaurant?

The Scaddabush is great place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. We had reservations did not had reservations and upon arrival it was easily to get a table for 2, The menu has various options for Pizza, Pasta and other Amazing drinks. Personally do think it is at the price is at the higher end, but food is worth it, customer service is great too. Got Margherita and roasted truffles Mushroom pasta. One of the best Sangria I had in GTA. For pizza they can make meat less but for veggie toppings they will charge you extras. On the contrary side the peach, black cherry and Mango drinks ate quite fruity and one won’t taste alcohol in it. The atmosphere I felt quite it was quite crowded and everyone could here another table. Got out self booth for 2 which has really less leg space. I am 5.4 and keep hitting each other’s leg.

We stopped in here for dinner after a game. The service was very good and attentive. The food was very good. I had the gnocchi with roasted mushrooms. As you can see in the photo, the presentation was a little lacking due to the old dry parsley garnish. But the rest looked great. Good portion and very tasty. Definitely give it a try.

Food was very fresh and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our server Tony V made sure that we had a great experience and was very helpful and friendly. Very funny guy as well, great server. My mother has Gluten intolerances and Tony made sure she was able to enjoy the meals with substitutions. Would go to this location again. Ample parking, nice comfortable seats and very fresh and delicious food.

This place is always good , i liked this location better compared to Sauga . Huge place with nice outdoor sitting area. Full of character. Got the Gnocchi truffle Mushroom and Fettuccini Mushroom Truffle . Both tasted amazing but they lack some hot sauces and chilly paste . Hope they add in menu or side . Definitely recommend and right across the Sherway gardens

Service was really nice but that's all I can say about my experience at Scaddabush. The first picture says it all. My friend found a fingernail in her pasta. Very disgusting. The fingernail is one of the dirtiest foreign materials that could be found in the food industry. They gave my friend a free dessert, remade another dish and said it's on them which was nice but we still couldn't get over the fact a fingernail was in the dish. My fettuccine was pretty hard. The pasta was also all clumped together. It was tasteless even though there was pesto sauce. Pizza was all bread, little sauce. Looked extremely dry. Overall, the food was very underwhelming. I was looking forward to eating here because I was told it has good pasta. Don't think I'll visit this location again. Should have went to Jack Astor's nextdoor.

Food tasted amazing, server was friendly and suggested better way to eat pasta. My server recommended me to add the meat ball to my Carbonara and it's tasted amazing! Their meet ball is giant and so delicious! Highly recommended!

Service was great. And we were seated quickly within the time of our reservation. As the restaurant continued to get busier and busier our waiter even let us know that things were about to pick up so he could get us anything additional we needed before then. Food was tasty and the portions were huge, enough for lunch the next day. We'll be back.

Had a wonderful time at Scaddabush Etobicoke. The highlight of our experience was our server Tony. He made wonderful recommendations and was a complete delight. His custom pizza was 10/10 and should definitely make it onto the menu so everyone can try it. If you ever find yourself here ask for Tony's pizza!
