Great Selection of Quality Pet food, accessories and treats. My dog loves the place, she has to stop and look into the window everytime we pass by. I feed my dog Bella Carna brand from this bistro which is of good quality. I buy two flavors at a time and switch between mornings and evenings as to give variety so Bella doesn't get bored. Works well and she always finishes. Carna now has about 5 flavors so to maintain same quality and variety for your pet.

I went today to get some stuffs for my new dog. the nice guy help me to pick the right treats for my puppy training, also I told him my puppy was having stomach issues he recommended to buy some pumpkin pure they sell, I mix it with the dry food and it actually works great for my dog he is back to normal. He even give some great food samples to try. Love their acknowledge , they have great selections for everything and staff are very friendly/welcoming. Thank you guys NICO its very happy. :)

This store stocks all the high end stuff to spoil your pup. Great food options, plenty of treats and a variety of high quality supplements and products. Staff is friendly and always has treats and pets for my Oscar! My go to for Oscar's needs in the neighborhood.

Deborah and staff were so welcoming to me and my little chi. This store is really well stocked too, I was surprised to find 1 of my dogs fave food brands here(K9 Natural). Lots of cute clothes for tiny dogs also. I will be coming here to shop!

I reviewed this place in 2020 when one random employee wasn’t very helpful, but I really wanted to update my review - since then, I have been going in with my dog on our walks often and our visits are great. They have quality dog food and employees are always attentive and friendly. Would not want to lose them, they are valuable to the neighbourhood :)

Cute store. My daughter was so excited to pick up some items for her puppy. Sadly the staff were more interested in talking among themselves then helping us. Also NOT wear mask. Didn’t even try to put the mask on or say “hi”. No acknowledgement when we walk in. They just carry on talking and ignoring our presence. Disappointing. I would really like to support local. EDIT: thanks for your response, I feel really sorry for the other dog owner. However this is not the first time we visit your store with the same issue. Like a said: a simple “hi” would we nice. Takes a second and it’s good Business practice. Also could you please follow Province guide lines and were a mask? The gentleman had the mask on his chin and you had nothing on. If there is a medical exception to you please look for other solutions like a face shield. Thanks

This is the best place to get yak chews and any other meat/dried treats. Haven't seen any other store have treats this high in quality. The price is just perfect, and everything is fresh. It's our puppy's favorite store, they have everything.

I’ve been going here for a while now . There are 2 younger girls that work there but one specially with brown hair is ALWAYS nice to me and always helps me out . I’m so glad they have her working here she makes my day and my doggo loves her ! I recommend this place 100%

We take our dog there for her bath (much easier than a condo shower). They supply the shampoo, conditioner, towel and even have a blowdryer! (I'd love for them to supply a happy hoody to make the blowdrying less fearful for the dogs). They always have fresh treats, so we pick one of those up out the door with my clean/happy dog!

I feel very fortunate to have this wonderful pet store in my community. I love looking at her variety of products. You must take your time to explore alll corners of the store. The products are high quality and you often find things that you can't find elsewhere. The owner Deborah makes me feel welcome and always takes the time to talk to me and make recommendations. She special ordered the sinus drops that I needed for Benny.(Thank you again!) I just bought a great coat a few days ago at her sale. The brand fits Benny perfectly. I also really appreciated her Pics with Santa event at Christmas. I'd highly recommend that you and your fur baby make it a point to visit. You'll be glad you did! point orderehat I needed for Benny.
