If
I
could
give
NEGATIVE
starts
I
seriously
would.
This
is
a
warning
to
anyone
considering
buying
from
this
company.
I
ordered
a
Canon
printer
on
March
30,
2021.
It
was
not
in
stock
but
it
said
that
16
printers
were
incoming
and
would
ship
in
3-6
business
days.
I
kept
checking
up
because
I
was
so
excited
about
this
printer
since
I
heard
amazing
things
about
it.
I
wait...
I
wait
and
I
wait.
I
wasn't
bothered
at
first
because
I
know
we
are
still
in
a
pandemic
so
obviously
wait
times
and
delivery
times
are
much
slower.
So
I
emailed
them
on
April
13
asking
what
was
happening
and
if
my
order
would
ship
soon.
No
response
to
the
email.
I
waited
a
few
more
days
and
emailed
them
again
on
April
23.
No
response.
At
this
point
I
was
frustrated
and
a
bit
worried
because
to
me
as
a
college
student
this
was
a
large
purchase
of
about
$300.
I
then
went
to
their
instagram
page
(not
even
sure
if
it
was
their
official
one
or
not,
but
it
seemed
legit)
and
I
made
a
comment.
I
asked
if
anyone
could
respond
to
my
emails
because
I
needed
assistance
and
was
frustrated.
A
rep
commented
back
saying
to
DM
them
and
they
would
put
me
in
touch
with
someone
who
could
help
me.
I
DM'd
them
basically
the
same
things
I
said
in
my
2
emails.
No
response.
I
waited
a
week...
No
one
even
LOOKED
at
the
messages.
I
then
went
to
their
website
again
and
was
able
to
finally
chat
with
a
real
employee.
They
told
me
that
I
was
not
yet
charged
for
my
order,
so
I
asked
to
cancel
it.
Everything
went
surprisingly
well,
I
was
able
to
cancel
it...
Or
so
I
thought.
The
employe
also
ended
the
chat
before
I
was
even
able
to
say
thank
you
or
ask
another
question
which
was
odd.
They
also
said
I
would
receive
an
email
to
say
my
order
was
canceled.
I
never
got
that
email,
but
I
figured
it
would
take
a
day
or
2.
BUT
NO.
As
I
was
finishing
work
today
at
around
10pm,
I
checked
my
email
and
saw
a
shipping
notice
from
CDW.
I
was
very
confused.
Apparently
they
did
NOT
cancel
my
order,
and
it
has
now
shipped.
I
quickly
checked
my
bank
account
and
they
took
the
money.
I
am
so
beyond
angry
and
frustrated.
I'm
literally
sat
here
in
tears
because
this
horrible
company
has
caused
me
nothing
but
stress
and
anxiety.
And
what
makes
me
feel
more
stressed
it
that
I
can't
even
call
the
company
right
now
since
it
is
not
their
business
hours.
I
am
about
to
call
my
bank
and
see
what
they
can
do,
but
I
don't
know
what
will
happen.
Whatever
you
do,
if
you
are
lucky/smart
enough
to
read
reviews
before
buying
unlike
me,
please
please
DO
NOT
BUY
FROM
THIS
COMPANY.
I
feel
like
I
have
been
scammed
and
I
still
can't
get
in
touch
with
anyone.
