I didn't have great experience here. Mainly due to the pain and sensitivity I got after having restoration on old filling done by one of the dentists here. I returned to let him know about the pain and he insisted that it's due to my own misaligned bites, so he trimmed and shorten a couple of my front tooth casually, that however didn't resolve the pain and I felt he didn't really care about the overall health of his patients. I recently got this trouble tooth filling re-done by another dentist and now it's pain-free. I hoped this had happened when I returned to him. I am writing this review today because I need to let potential patients coming to this clinic know that you should find a dentist that care about your teeth. Not someone who suggests unnecessary work such as restoration and don't do it right.

Got one of my wisdom tooth removed in early May. I Had Dr. Edward Shun who performed the extraction. He was very patient, kind, and answered every question I had during the session. The removal process was less painful and uncomfortable than I anticipated. I only took one or two OTC painkillers after the extraction, then the pain/discomfort level was tolerable without medicine. I was able to have a regular meal (still avoid hard and crunchy food) in about a week after the extraction.

Had a few old fillings that were showing signs of wear and tear and after a thorough consultation with Dr. Stephen Wasserman, decided to have them cleaned up. Not only was Dr. Wasserman mindful of the nerve ending sensitivities, he took the time to walk me through the end-to-end process including taking before and after pics of his work. The visual and process overview is what sets Dr.Wasserman (and team) apart from other dentists. Thank you Dr. Wasserman for going above and beyond! Special thanks also to Mary, Michelle and Carol who always go out of their way to make my visits to the dentist both efficient and enjoyable. -Carlotta

The medical office has the ruddiest person answering the phone. This male Chinese is rude and gives people problems in booking appoint. 10 out of 10 times, very rude. He believe we are desperate to go to him. I should report this office along with the practitioner. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MEDICAL OFFICE!

Very horrible experience when calling to book an appointment. I called to book an appointment for my mom who is 89 years old. The male Chinese who answer the phone ask me why my cannot call to book the appointment. Seriously?? Are you that stupid, she is 89 years old and barely understand to navigate on the phone when calling in. This guy is very rude. He should get fired!

Had an amazing experience at Woodside Square's Brush Dental! Dr. Wasserman took the time to thoroughly inspect the concerns I had with my teeth. Not only did he suggest the next steps, but he also took the time to explain the problems so that I understood them as well. I highly recommend Dr. Wasserman for anyone that is looking for an amazing and experienced dentist!

Everyone is amazing! My friend recommended this place, told me dental cleaning will take more than 1hr but it will give good results. From the front desk herself, she helped me with instructions in the building as I got lost. The dentist explained everything to me. From watching my insurance cost itself, to taking photos of my teeth to explain it thoroughly and xray to show my wisdom teeth. Everything was perfect and I felt taken care of, not just like some other clinic who will rip you and convince you to do all procedure. Will be back again. Highly recommend

Best dentist I’ve been able to find in Canada and my homeland as well! Dr.Wasserman goes above and beyond to make sure you feel informed and heard. His muscle testing techniques formative and yield great results! A dentist who cares about his clients and their well-being beyond their teeth. Would highly recommend a visit!

If possible, I would give this clinic a scattered rating. They don't deserve even one star. The male receptionist was extremely rude, not only failing to assist when the patient asked about scheduling but also inexplicably insulting them. Excuse me???? Please maintain basic manners. If you'd like to be insulted, feel free to give them a call and experience it for yourself. I don't know about the medical skills, as I haven't experienced them due to the impoliteness of the receptionist. Isn't this a huge joke? If you don't want to help patients, you should find another profession. Completely lacks medical ethics.

Its a friendly atmosphere & very professional. The staff is great & polite which made it a great first time experience for me as I'm changing dentists. I will be coming here from now on.

New hygienist! Great job Adie I think that’s her name. Very gentle, kept asking if I’m ok . I’m very pleased hopefully she’s there for a long time I really don’t like changing hygienist. Also I want to say thanks to Carol always pleasant an accommodating.

Dr. Wasserman is the best dentist that I've had. He's highly skilled at what he does and is also very kind and sociable. I've gotten many procedures done with him and the end result is always optimal. Mary and the rest of the clinic staff are kind individuals. This clinic has the longest open hours that I could find in the city. Highly recommended.

I came in on March 11th,2023 and got my cleaning done with Katherine. She did an amazing job,as well as being super friendly and supportive toward my future endeavours in the dental industry. If you are looking for a hygienist who is kind, cares about her patients and does a thorough job- look no further !
