The North York Smile Centre dental clinic deserves 5 stars through and through. I took my 7 year old in for a check up and then a filling for a cavity and Dr. Jacklyn was so gentle, calm, interactive with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. There's something to be said for the light and positive energy in the clinic from the receptionists to the dentists. I traveled almost an hour just to go to this specific clinic and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

The staff are friendly and very efficient. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I don't like having to go to the dentist but I found this place to be my best experience so far! The dental assistant I had on Nov 9 th was amazing. She was the best I've ever had in my entire life. Most of them drown me 😆 but she got every drop of water. I've been to the dentist thousands of times and I wish I remember her name because she's the best in that field. The dentist Dr. Ko has a sense of humor and was painless and efficient.

Hands down, best dental experience ever! Dr. Jacklyn and Lili were amazing. They made everything so clear and easy. After the cleaning, my teeth feel fantastic. It's weird, but I'm kinda pumped about fixing a couple of cavities next! Even with office construction, they handled it like champs. Didn't mess up their excellent care one bit. Big kudos to the team for keeping it smooth!

Right from the start I felt the warmth of the staff. Dr. Jacklyn was very accommodating. She let me knew my options and I was able to make an informed decision. All in all I am impressed! Would highly recommend to any prospective patients.

Absolutely Excellent! I had quite a major reconstructive procedure done which required maybe 10’s of visits over the last year and a half. . From Dr. Eisen who did the surgeries and follow up to the meticulous cosmetic work done by Kosta (he’s a real perfectionist), to Bessie for her support and wit and to all the administrative and clinical staff. Everyone is excellent at what they do. Everyone is so personable and I cannot praise this clinic enough. Many of the team here have a tenure of well over 10 and 20 years which tells you everything. I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone. A massive thank you for all you have done. Kevin.

Excellent experience! All the workers there are so kind and nice. Dr. Jacklyn is very patient and professional, calm me down when I feel anxious. Definitely will come back again!

Amazing staff great service, very happy with Dr. Ko, he showed me a 3D image of my teeth which helped me understand exactly what is happening in my mouth visually.I never had that done before, today I was able to actually see why I need the treatment that was presented to me, very professional. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I have been going to this office and same hygienist and dentist for almost 40 years... Crazy I know... They have set a standard in how I expect dental care to be and always go above and beyond to ensure a great visit every time I come. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I went to north York smile centre to visit Dr.Ko to have an upper molar extracted and a bone graft. I was very nervous and worried about this surgery. Dr.Ko assured me and made me feel relaxed and calm. The surgery was quick and painless. I was surprised that there was no bleeding after the extraction. My recovery has been incredibly, there has been minimal discomfort. Overall, it was an amazing experience, thanks to Dr. Ko and his assistant for their excellent work.
