My one year anniversary of living here is coming up soon and the only reason I'm moving is because I want to be closer to my university - otherwise, I would never move. The neighborhood is peaceful, the people are kind, and all my essentials are within a 10 minute walk. For small families looking to move here, there are school's not even 20 minutes away and intimate park areas for play and fun for the extra little ones. A great place to live indeed.

This is a good apartment. Life and transportation are very convenient. The service attitude of the property staff is also very nice. You will feel at home here.

We have been living in this building for quite some time. Whenever there has been any issues, we have always had an excellent response from the staff at the administrations office. They attend to your requests and for us they have always provided satisfactory solutions.

If you would like live with cockroaches I strongly recommend you live here. I let them did pest spray and cockroach gel three times, it doesn’t work at all. They can not provide you a healthy environment and everything is ancient. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL!!! I already gave them chances to fix it.

Very prompt and professional personnel and service from the superintendent. Placed a work order for a dripping faucet and it was fixed within a few days. The management did a followed up with a phone call to ensure all was done to my satisfaction. Very impressed.

I highly recommend it, a great place to live, large, spacious apartments with new renovations and appliances. The building and area are always clean. Excellent staff, they always help to resolve any issues and satisfy requests. The neighbors are also very important to me, all the people in the building are kind and friendly, I have found many friends here. The combination of good prices, high quality housing and a great location makes this the best place to live!
