Very nice stay. Jamie the host was so kind and friendly. He knows well the area so was very helpful to give us tips on what to visit and where to eat. Room downstairs was very clean and comfortable. Well located in a cute neighbourhood. I would book here again next time I visit Toronto.

This clean & attractive bed & breakfast is situated nicely within walking distance to the Eaton Centre & Distillery District & more. On a quiet street, the owner Jamie is kind & accomodating. Spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, & Jamie makes a delicious breakfast! I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

If you need a place to stay and just that, this is fine. The owners are nasty people. Rude and just outright way too outspoken. We had a slight change of plans and could not stay as long as we originally had planned. One of the owners went off on us and sent us a nasty email. I'm not sure what this accomplishes but there are thousands of other B&Bs in Toronto. We will not be returning. To Alan and Jamie, No, I'm not reviewing the wrong property, and contrary to your dismay, I'm pretty sure it was you. Still have the email you sent us because we had to change our stay from 3 days to 2 days. Jamie is just not a nice person...read review below mine.

An amazing Bed and Breakfast in Toronto. We had a great time interacting with Alan and he made us some great eggs benedict and waffles for breakfast! We could not have wished for a better place to stay!

Jamie and Alan made our visit to Toronto amazing and memorable. When we found a B&B with a name the same as ours, we knew it was meant to be. :) Jamie provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning and helped us plan our days exploring Toronto. I can't wait to visit them again. Toronto was great, but A Seaton Dream was the highlight of our vacation.

Central location, great breakfasts, friendly hosts - perfect combination. Jamie and Alan made our Christmas week in Toronto a very enjoyable stay. A Seaton Dream is cosy and warm even on cold, snowy days and the prospect of Jamie's terrific breakfasts made getting up in the morning well worth it! The B&B's location is excellent, with only a short walk to street cars on Dundas or Gerrard Street to connect with the subway. Nice places to eat are an easy stroll away and Jamie has a useful list of eateries in the neighbourhood.

If you come to Toronto you have to stay at A Seaton Dream B&B. It's a wonderful house in a very beautiful area close to Dundas Square and Church Street. Jamie and Allen are just the BEST. You wouldn't find more welcoming hosts anywhere else. Jamies breakfast is changing every day and it get's always a 5-star rating.

A wonderful bed and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in July 2018. A great central location with very comfortable accommodations and brilliant hosts! Breakfasts were amazing ! We hope to stay again some other time. Bryan and Debbie Jamieson. Nova Scotia.

As good as it gets. Hosts know how to deliver top quality service in a boutique environment.

We were not able to stay as (not surprisingly) they were already booked for the weekend we needed. However I do want to say that Jamie responded pleasantly and immediately to my inquiry. Anyone who gets to stay at this adorable B and B run by these wonderful people are fortunate indeed.

The service and location were fantastic! It was a 5 star experience. The brunch was tasty! The only suggestion we had: The pillows offered included one that was too soft and the other much too hard.

Part of our trip to Toronto, Canada, for the first time was made true perfection by Jamie and Alan at A Seaton Dream. I've stayed at dozens of B&B's, and their location was excellent, their hospitality was just right, and the room we stayed in (the front one with a lovely view of the pretty neighborhood) was quiet and comfortable. The back of the building was astonishing: a lovely deck that was private little sanctuary. Our food was tasty, with special requests for diet accommodations (I am a vegetarian) honored without any hitch. They both helped us plan several of our days and sights while exploring Toronto, too! When we go back to Toronto (and we hope it's soon), we will definitely be staying again. Four thumbs up!

🫤 Beware! I don't recommend staying there during winter. The B&B does not plow its parking lot, and I had to use the TTC to get to meetings instead of my car as it was stuck. When I asked why they have not cleared the parking area, they indicated they never do, and that they are not responsible for...
