Good place, kids had a good time. It was not at all crowded, yet up to one point there was one employee for two rides, which created some wait. The daily pass (27 dollars) is great if the crowd is not much, like yesterday. Worth to mention that my sons shoes were stolen from outside the playground space, so I would suggest that you choose the paid lockers. The management just filled a report (more like a note on a notepad) and we were not offered even the slightest compensation. While I understand is not managements fault, some client oriented action could have been better.

It was a very good indoor amusement park. The park is not crowded (went on Friday evening). All the rides were good and very much fun for the kids. There aren’t much rides for kids under 3 I guess. But for other kids it is a nice indoor park for spending a day in the winter. It is worth to buy a day pass or annual pass rather than buying individual ride tickets. Some deals are available at Groupon. Restrooms are good (not very nice) but seems difficult to find it. Many fun activities likes rides, big slides, wild animals and dinosaurs statues, small train (didn’t operate when we went), video games (at separate cost) etc.

Fun place for the family and kids - rides are pretty fun, not the largest but pretty amazing for a shopping mall. Prices are average, but could use some general up keep and maintenance.

Awesome place with kids. There are many rides and adventures for kids from 2 and above. Few rides can be explored by 1 year olds as well. We had all the rides as we bought a day pass and it was totally worth it. It's better to buy one adult pass along with the child so that you can take care of kids during the rides.

Great indoor play area for kids and there stuff for adults to. Toy train, ferris wheel (slow moving), legacy carousel, dashing cars, spinning teacups and couple of adventure rides are the main attractions. Also a small food court. First have a look at all the rides and time it takes before buying day pass... otherwise you would be better of buying individual ride tickets.

Such a great place to be with kids at any age. Kids had lots of fun and unlimited whole day rides tickets for only $27 for each and it was worth it. We have visited there on the weekday and it was not that much crowded, so the line ups for the rides were just perfect, but if you visit on the weekend or on holidays it will be crazy long lined up. They have party rooms as well and you can even have unlimited rides tickets for your guests with cheaper prices too. Also, it is perfect place to visit any time of the year because it is indoors and inside the mall. I would recommend to anyone with kids whoever is looking for a place full of fun.

While visiting from Virginia, USA we throughly enjoyed this place. Something for everyone!!! If you’re in Niagara Falls it’s worth the drive to Toronto, Canada. In spite of the train not working the kids had a blast!!! Shopping mall with multiple stores, and family fun all under on roof. P.S. Don’t forget to checkout Groupon to save on ticket prices.

𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Children enjoyed their time at the location, where they encountered numerous rides. Regrettably, half of these rides were not operational on the day of my visit. Nonetheless, it proved to be a positive experience for kids. Since it's an indoor facility, weather concerns are eliminated. During my weekday excursion, there were no queues, making it a recommended destination.

Lots of fun for smaller kids , long lineups for tickets but a family pass for as many rides as you like for 95 dollars is pretty reasonable. Just be careful with the train going through the park , I was focusing on the kids I was with and I didn't notice the crossing gate coming down there are buzzers and bells , needless to say I got cracked on top of the head by the gate . No big deal for an adult small scrape and a little blood but I would be concerned about a smaller child. Just have to be vigilant.

I was thrilled to bring my little kids to this place! It's pricey but many hours of fun. All indoors, so perfect for rain or cold days. Great for winter birthdays as well. Not as busy in the mornings. Food court in the mall. My kids had so much fun!!

Its a great indoor place for kids! Many rides for toddlers and would recommend buying passes from groupon. A cool place especially for days when weather is too bad to take kids outside.

Amazing place with small children. Little bit costly when you try to get ticket for each ride. Try Groupon for deals. Must see place and if you have unlimited ride pass better come early as the queue up is time taking. Ample parking space.

It was an amazing day. The rides were great and our 3.5 year old had a fabulous time. Only downfall was that not all the rides and slides were open. Would for sure go again when our youngest is a bit older. A FUN day!

Great little amusement park for little kids. Almost all of the rides were running today with the exception of the Farris Wheel. Most of the store fronts inside Fantasy Fair are empty. The parking lot is huge and mostly empty with lots of pull thru spots. The staff was kind and helpful. The loud sounds of animals and rides can be a bit much. They need to install one more giant fan over the jungle gym area. It gets really hot there. There was only ONE soap dispenser working in the women's bathroom as well as the mens. There was dedicated cleaning staff that were extremely kind and doing a great job.

I bought the family of 4 pass on a deal website which required at least 1 adult for $67 inclusive which I thought was a great deal consider we stayed for 6 hours. Depreciated over an hourly basis, depending on how long you stay, it is surely value compared to some other family entertainment venues. We came with 3 children (ages 5, 7 and 9) and my Mom and we lived up my 1980s childhood together! Place hasn't changed including some dust balls here and there but considering that some rides are the originals, they have maintained its momentum for almost 40 years. If you purchased a Groupon, you still have to wait in line at Admissions along with everyone else. It felt long especially with waiting kids and a long line as soon as they opened in the morning and with only 2 employees. Parents seem to have a lot of questions and the staff measure each child for ride requirements on certain rides. They also explain to each guest at this time which rides are open. Better to come a bit earlier than opening and be first in line. The line is not busy at all thereafter about an hour into opening. There is a newer 3D movie theatre where you wear the 3D glasses and sit in the seats that move according to the movie as well as blow wind in your face. It is thrilling enough for me that we rode it 4 times. There are 3 movies in total so if it is not busy, just run back into the line and try and watch it as it is either random or by sequence as staff told me. It would cost you more if you watched it at another venue elsewhere. The drop zone ride was a hit with my kids. There is a 2 ride max and then you have to wait 15 mins to ride again for health and safety issues. All rides are open unless noted. Sometimes the staff during the off peak hours have to man two rides at once so you can ask any attendant and they will operate the ride you wish. I was able to ride all rides with them less the airplanes. I had to chaperone my 5 year old on the bumper cars and Spinner. It is really a place of fantasy for children in the way that it is laid out with lots of things to see and do. After running all day, they were sleeping on the ride home. We brought our own snacks even if there were slushies, popcorn, candy for sale. The mall food court is conveniently located just outside the entrance. Tonnes of seating in the park and also at the entrance. Went on a weekday so it was not rammed like on the weekends. Check your receipt afterwards at the bottom there may be a promotion for your next visit.

Went there with my sister when I was young and now with my son. So much memories. A cute and old-fashioned amusement park like bring you back in the 80s era. The rides are suitable from ages 3 to 12. Wish the ferris wheel and the bumper cars would have opened. Ps. Look for coupons online to purchase tickets before you go.

Took my three kids to the fantasy fair at woodbine mall (8 yrs, 5 and 3). There were a couple of rides the 8 year old was too small for. Also there were 4 rides including bumper cars and drop zone that were closed. That's why the 4 stars. We still managed to have had a lot of fun and as it wasn't a busy day there were no lineups. The place seemed clean and not grimy at all. They have fair type foods like funnel cakes and fries and slashes and icedcream too. Because some rides weren't operational the tickets were discounted. Next up is wonderland.

Very good fun place in the mall. 32 CAD for unlimited rides is a good deal. The day we went is weekend and little crowded. Not much of wait time for rides except for the train.

Feels like a forgotten treasure.. Great way to entertain little one's for an afternoon. Went on a Monday and there was not so many people, which kind of worked out because we waited in zero lines :) $18 got my toddler a wristband for every ride, with option to join her for a couple which was a bonus (cause i secretly wanted to go on the rides, even if they are for kids😆). Basic rides like a carousel, ferris wheel, tea cups and a big playground.

A fun-filled place for family. This indoor amusement park has rides and adventures for kids from 3 and above. We took a family pass and could hop with our kids in almost every ride. Also, if u want to roam bag free, there are lockers available. The car and train ride are the most enjoyable rides. Kids enjoyed most in the play area as well. They also have place to celebrate birthday parties. Overall a good indoor family place.

Perfect getaway for whole family during winter. Reasonable price and a lot of options/indoor activities to pick from. Ideal for kids 5+ years but there are a couple of rides for smaller ones too like the train and saucer while the life size animals might also be amusing for them. Both Adults (wall climbing/XD movie experience, video console games)and kids can have a day full of fun. Food court was great too. We went during the Christmas holidays and loved the decorations. Definitely going back!

Waiting 30 mins for skywheel then told me he has to go operate the other one need to wait another 15+ mins . Why can’t you just put a sign and told me to save me 30 mins. If the happen once I’m ok with it. We went line up for the other ride. Came back after 40 mins. Then again wait 25mins then it’s my turn same story . Has to operate the other one 15+ waiting time . Don’t waste your money here. Staff are rude and they don’t care anyone

It is really a nice fun place for kids however it was disappointing to see the dodging car line up was very long and took us over 1 hour and then at the end only 2 cars were working. People were very frustrated and tired of standing in a line for so long. Also, 2 rides were not running.

Been there since I was young, and now it's my kid's turn to play here. I recommend getting a voucher on Groupon for an all-day pass. It drains my kids energy. Some rides were closed but it was ok, they still had lots of fun.

It’s inside a beaten up mall, very old setup and doesn’t have a great feel. There are only a few decent rides and each of them crazy long lines and wait times. Entry fees is very high barrier and the long lines make the fee really not worth.

Beautiful indoor amusement park with a good variety of rides for kids. This place is filled with fun, the family tickets is the way to go if you want to get you money’s worth. In summary lots of activities to do here from rides to dinosaur’s statues, the whole experience didn’t disappoint. Great place to visit year-round.

Yes it is old and could use some updating but kids don't care about that. My kids ages 11 and 6 had a blast. It was really busy after 2pm, it was also March Break. A bit pricey but everything is these days. We felt it was worth it for the fair type vibe during a snowy and cold day.

An awesome place for indoor fun for your kids. A ton of rides that my niece and nephew enjoyed. The food court is close by which is a plus. Rides include bumper cars, ferris wheel, XD theater, etc. You can purchase a day pass which I highly recommend. There are rides that adults must accompany kids under a certain height limit. Overall a great place where kids can definitely enjoy.

Love this place! I remember it from a child and ended up taking my own children since. So cool having an amusement part in a mall.....my kids loved it as much as I did. The prices are not bad either as they often have groupon deals as well

Fun place, open after the mall closes. Prices are reasonable if you buy a pass. There is an arcade and food choices there. A carousel, airplanes, ferris wheel, play village, coin op rides, drop and hop, bumper cars, balloons, a train and carnival midway games

Cool place with many activities and rides. Younger kids can be accompanied by adult which is fun for both. Talented artists drawing caricatures, face painting etc. They have unlimited passes for day as well, purchased tickets don't expire. Great food options at fair and also mall food court.

  • 5/5 Tsering S. 4 years ago on Google
Such a great place for a family outing, would say definitely for those 10 years old and younger. There is a great variety of things to do, fast rides, high rises,mini-choochoo train, bumpacars, very large jungle gym, and a beautiful carousel. Lockers available ($1 if you actually want to lock them), shoe cubbies, and lots of seating all around so parents are taken care of as well. There's food places also interspersed so can eat and not leave the area. There is an arcade and lots of coin-operated rides and vending machines around. Service is quick and friendly, just know there's only 1 'check-in" area so there are lineups when you get in. Play all the day passes are definitely the way to go esp if kids are a little bigger! Oh and LOVE all the dinosaurs and animals around that actually move and make sounds!

  • 4/5 Trevor D. 5 years ago on Google
Decent attraction. During the week there are hardly any waiting lines for rides. Day pass is around $30 I believe. Tickets about $6/ea. Only complaint would be how miserable most of the ride operators look. It’s unpleasant. Some look totally bothered your even there and won’t even smile or say anything really. They look like miserable robots to be honest. Luckily, they switch places often so you don’t have to continuously go back to your favourite ride and encounter a moody employee which takes a lot of the fun out of it.
