Worst
experience
at
any
dine
in
establishment
I've
ever
had.
Incompetent
staff,
host,
and
owner.
Paid
for
a
booth
at
an
event
and
was
lead
to
an
outdoor
patio.
Paid
for
booth
service
for
2
premium
bottles
totalling
$500
and
7
entry
tickets
at
$10
a
piece,
owner
tried
to
sugar
talk
us
with
a
round
of
Smirnoff
shots
for
failing
to
deliver.
Waited
2.5
hours
after
paying
for
everything
in
full
and
constant
communication
with
staff
requesting
getting
the
alcohol
we
paid
for
and
after
telling
us
they
were
prepping
the
bottle
service,
asked
our
group
to
pay
for
bottles
in
full
before
servicing
us.
Everything
was
paid
ahead
in
full.
Staff
and
owner
purposely
neglected
our
table
and
didn't
take
any
accountability
for
the
situation.
After
sitting
for
2.5
hours
without
a
single
drink
in
sight,
we
requested
a
refund
and
left.
Returned
$500
for
the
"booth"
and
has
avoided
communication
regarding
our
refund
of
the
tickets
which
totalled
to
$70.
Joke
of
an
institution
don't
waste
your
time
or
money
at
a
place
like
this.
Shout
out
to
the
security
guards,
they
ended
up
being
the
most
hospitable
of
any
people
in
the
lounge
ironically.
