    This is the best gym I've been to and to be honest, it's not that close. I've been a regular at gyms for 30 years and competed in high performance sports. It's the perfect combo of terrific intensity and family vibe. You'll be gasping for air one second and laughing the next. I haven't met a friendlier crowd at another gym. The prices are too low in my opinion as I want to see these guys making money for the quality they are pumping out. It's a must try in my opinion. Perfect for athletes or folks just trying to get their fitness up. Love you Resilience.

    Definitely check it out. Lots of equipment and the space to integrate them. Staff is energetic and motivating. Workouts are new and creative leaving you drenched in sweat. Lastly, it is a family operated business and that care spills into the family friendly atmosphere. Kids workouts on Sundays and other kids floating around to play together. Thanks Josh for the great workouts!

    I can’t even express how much I love Resilience. The coaches are motivating, caring and knowledgeable. I always feel so welcomed and leave feeling great. The workouts are challenging but can be for anyone no matter your fitness level. I have been a member since 2020 and love the community they have built.

    I can’t recommend Resilience highly enough. This gym offers a holistic approach to exercise with classes that span from weights to cardio and continually mix it up. You will never be bored. The coaches take the time to know you and encourage you to push your boundaries while the incredible community cheers you on. A truly unique workout environment that values friendship as much as it does fitness. This place is more than a gym.

    I've had a fantastic experience at my gym. The facilities are well-maintained, and the variety of workout equipment caters to all fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, providing personalized guidance. The positive and motivating atmosphere makes every workout enjoyable. The gym's flexible hours accommodate my schedule well. Overall, it's a top-notch fitness center that I highly recommend.

    One of the best workouts in east end. Open space, great community and the addition of the coffee bar is a bonus. A little too much running for my preferences but they push in a good way.

    Resilience is genuinely the best fitness facilities I've been to. The space is massive and the classes are challenging and constantly changing, so you'll never do the same exercises. The coaches are amazing and so supportive. The culture is excellent everyone is friendly and uplifting.

    Such a wonderful family-like community to workout with. The coaches are amazing and you get a one-on-one training. Best atmosphere ever. It's a place for everybody. Come give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. Very benign and encouraging people.

    Best fitness gym in Toronto. The workouts are tailored to those who are seeking a change in their fitness. Within weeks of joining you'll feel the best you've ever felt. It's challenging and motivating. The "team" workout aspect is extremely encouraging. No matter what fitness level you're at this is a perfect way to get fit/stay fit/make a change in your mental and physical lifestyle.

    Resilience is the BEST gym, and I have a boatload of reasons to back that statement up. 1. Community and connection. I know every gym out there boasts ”we’re a community”, but this is unlike any other vibe I’ve experienced. I felt so welcome from the first moment I walked through the door. The coaches are incredible and the members are so great. It’s a home for folks of all fitness levels; you won’t feel out of place if you haven’t been to a gym in years, but you’ll also partake in some of the best workouts of your life if you’re super fit. It’s very family friendly, and it’s not uncommon to see kiddos happily hanging out on the sidelines while their parents do a class 2. Coaches. To repeat what I just said, the coaches are INCREDIBLE. Huge shout out to the coaches who lead the morning sessions that I attend - Lanny, Josh, Andrew - they somehow make it so fun while pushing you to your absolute limit 🏋️🏃🏻‍♂️ 3. Fitness. If you go regularly, you will get fit. I was working out regularly before I joined (f45 most days), and I still saw noticeable improvement after a short period at Resilience. They have a great mix of classes - I’m personally obsessed with their cardio-intense classes (matrix, game day, survivor, rush, shred), but they also have some solid strength based sessions. Each type of class has its own focus (endurance based, Tabata style, cardio/core blend etc) - it’s an awesome mix. 4. Totally unique. The coaches are next-level creative with the circuits, which is helped by the fact they have a MASSIVE space and loads of top of the line equipment. Very few gyms (especially in Toronto) have anywhere near the space, and the Resilience guys really maximize it. SO MANY COOL CIRCUITS! Huge fan! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cool local gym

    Without a doubt, Resilience Fitness is the best fitness bootcamp/studio I've been to in the city (and I've tried lots!). The workouts are dynamic, intense, different every time, and the most fun that you'll have while pushing your body to the limits. The coaches are motivating, full of energy, and sincerely care about each and every member of their fitness community. It's not just a workout; it's a community and a team that I look forward to seeing every time. It's great for all fitness levels! 100% recommend Resilience Fitness

    I've been to many gyms/workout facilities over the years; I can honestly say that Resilience Fitness is one of the best by far. The workouts are dynamic and never boring/repetitive. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. The membership pricing is extremely reasonable especially for what you get. There is a sense of community and genuine care from everyone. If you want to build strength, improve endurance and overall lose weight/tone... You'll definitely reach your goals here.

    I absolutely love my gym! The workouts are fantastic, and the space is huge, which gives me plenty of room to move around. But what really sets this gym apart is the sense of community and encouragement. The atmosphere is so positive and motivating, and it really helps me stay on track with my fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a supportive community!

    Josh, Andrew and the whole Resilience crew are amazing! Great coaching, killer workouts and such a fun, energetic & encouraging atmosphere. These are the hardest workouts I’ve ever done and I feel stronger than ever. Highly recommend this gym!

    The best gym I've been to so far. The trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable, and everyone is there to help and push each other to their goals. Highly recommended to join this gym. There is one in Durham, so if you're out there, definitely check.is out.

    I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Great owners, great coaches and great workouts. Workouts are always changing, coaches are always supporting and results are always building. If you are looking for somewhere with a great vibe, friendly fellow members and a great workout this is your place, you won’t be disappointed.

    Resilience has been awesome to me! All the coaches are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences since day one. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train, it’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    Best gym ever! A great variety of classes and times. There is something for everyone. All the trainers are positive and knowledgeable and make working out fun! Plus they keep adding new classes, workouts, challenges and the sports league is so much fun! Can't wait to see what's next!

    I have been a member since 2018 and have joined lots of gyms in the past, but this one is the best. Amazing vibe, community and especially workouts. The classes are very challenging yet coaches will differentiate the workout to meet the needs and goals of each participant. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from newbies to seasoned athletes. Best gym in Toronto hands down.

    This is a great place to keep fit! I love the spacious dome and every class offers different varieties and combinations of exercises. Your mind and body never get bored. The instructors are very encouraging and helpful and the whole vibe is very fun and positive. I feel I'm getting a much more full body workout that what I do by myself at fit4less. I also appreciate the warm ups before and stretching after, another thing I don't usually do on my own.

    Resilience is an amazing large fitness facility that offers a great diversity of class types and schedules to accommodate you wherever you’re at in your fitness journey. The workouts are fun and challenging and I’m always excited to show up. Moreover, the coaches here are top notch; they’re incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming and have attracted a great community of people to workout with. I highly recommend you give Resilience a try!

    I have been going to Resilience for over a year now and it is such a cool gym. Josh and Andrew have their own way of doing things and it always feels authentic. They don't waste your time and it's full of surprises, options and measurable results. I highly recommend this place.

    AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! Josh, Andrew & Daniel are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with each workout.     Resilience workouts are no joke! I've been very active playing a ton of sports and working out for almost 2 decades and this is the best all-around training I've ever done, hands down. The coaches are incredible and the massive space lets them develop a wide range of challenging and fun workouts. This is proper athletic training but the classes are curated so anyone at any level can do it.

    Amazing experience and value. Resilience truly provides an inclusive environment to everyone, no matter the fitness level. The classes are bootcamp-style without toxic competition, everyone is supportive and welcoming. You will see families with kids and strollers, people cheering one another, while getting an insane workout in. Josh and Andrew are the soul of Resilience, but all coaches are very helpful. I personally love that there is something new everyday, no class is the same.

    I love this gym so much! The classes are fantastic - tons of variety and set-up in a way that you can go at your own pace. The coaches are all incredibly encouraging and enthusiastic. They each make a big effort to learn your name, say hi to everyone that walks in, and make them feel welcomed. I've truly never worked out in a place that has built such a friendly and inclusive community. Wherever you're at in your fitness journey there's a place for you at resilience and I absolutely recommend checking it out!

    Love the energy of the coaches and community members that come to these workouts. Great variety of circuit and strength training workouts plus every work out is slightly different from the next which keeps it interesting. I am definitely not a gym person and have finally found a work out that I can commit to and have fun with. I am also loving the results I have after 3-4 months of going 3-4 x per week. You won't regret coming out and challenging yourself for a class.

    I've been attending Resilience Fitness on and off for a few years and started consistently in 2019 - every experience has been incredible, from the workouts, community and great coaches! The workouts are always testing your limits and the coaches are so invested in their members. Bravo !!
