Resilience
is
the
BEST
gym,
and
I
have
a
boatload
of
reasons
to
back
that
statement
up.
1.
Community
and
connection.
I
know
every
gym
out
there
boasts
”we’re
a
community”,
but
this
is
unlike
any
other
vibe
I’ve
experienced.
I
felt
so
welcome
from
the
first
moment
I
walked
through
the
door.
The
coaches
are
incredible
and
the
members
are
so
great.
It’s
a
home
for
folks
of
all
fitness
levels;
you
won’t
feel
out
of
place
if
you
haven’t
been
to
a
gym
in
years,
but
you’ll
also
partake
in
some
of
the
best
workouts
of
your
life
if
you’re
super
fit.
It’s
very
family
friendly,
and
it’s
not
uncommon
to
see
kiddos
happily
hanging
out
on
the
sidelines
while
their
parents
do
a
class

Coaches.
To
repeat
what
I
just
said,
the
coaches
are
INCREDIBLE.
Huge
shout
out
to
the
coaches
who
lead
the
morning
sessions
that
I
attend
-
Lanny,
Josh,
Andrew
-
they
somehow
make
it
so
fun
while
pushing
you
to
your
absolute
limit

3.
Fitness.
If
you
go
regularly,
you
will
get
fit.
I
was
working
out
regularly
before
I
joined
(f45
most
days),
and
I
still
saw
noticeable
improvement
after
a
short
period
at
Resilience.
They
have
a
great
mix
of
classes
-
I’m
personally
obsessed
with
their
cardio-intense
classes
(matrix,
game
day,
survivor,
rush,
shred),
but
they
also
have
some
solid
strength
based
sessions.
Each
type
of
class
has
its
own
focus
(endurance
based,
Tabata
style,
cardio/core
blend
etc)
-
it’s
an
awesome
mix.
4.
Totally
unique.
The
coaches
are
next-level
creative
with
the
circuits,
which
is
helped
by
the
fact
they
have
a
MASSIVE
space
and
loads
of
top
of
the
line
equipment.
Very
few
gyms
(especially
in
Toronto)
have
anywhere
near
the
space,
and
the
Resilience
guys
really
maximize
it.
SO
MANY
COOL
CIRCUITS!
Huge
fan!
Highly
recommend
if
you’re
looking
for
a
cool
local
gym
