Awesome owner and other staff ! The place is really clean and they have a large variety of cupcakes. Their cakes and cupcakes are not too hard. Their icing is well made not too sweet not too grainy..! Will definately visit again.! Unnati in particular is really friendly and professional.! She tries her best to help you select your order.

Fantastic customer service! Also was so so impressed with the design of my sons first birthday dinosaur cupcakes! It was perfect that the cupcakes didn’t taste too sugary. Amazing vegan birthday cake purchased this past week. My go to for vegan cakes was always Bunners. I can confidently say that my new favorite spot for cakes is now Cupcake Paradise. I haven't tried anything else yet but if their other goodies are on par with their cakes I truly will be stuck in Paradise!!! Keep up the good work and excellent quality and customer service!!!

Cupcakes arrived with what appear to be the toppings I expected. Adding second pic as illustration. A little late for the intended event, but have to appreciate the extra effort on their part. I assume my initial experience was an outlier and will definitely give them another go. Thank you cupcake paradise for the gesture - it was unexpected, but it is appreciated! --------- [Original review] Have to say I'm a little underwhelmed by the cupcakes I ordered. They appeared nothing like the pics on the website, and couldn't really discern the flavours I had ordered. I ordered 2 of each of the following vegan cupcakes: Black Forest Salted Caramel Chocolate Lover Peanut Butter Jam Lemon Newtella Every cupcake starts as a plain chocolate or vanilla cupcake -- which were moist and quite nice on their own. The flavours were left to the icing, and with no sign of hazelnuts, salt, caramel, jam or peanuts, we honestly could not tell which flavors were which. There was a chocolate(?) drizzle on a few, but that's about it. Only the chocolate lover, lemon and black forest were discernable from appearance. The rest were all just "chocolate adjacent with maybe a hint of nut". Did I mention there was zero hint of jam alluded to in the site pics? Maybe it's the speckled chocolate one? Or was that the salted caramel? 8 of us putting our heads together couldn't figure it out. So honestly, for the price, it's hard to justify -- especially considering you're getting pretty plain cupcakes and not the pleasant looking ones pictured on the site. -----

Don’t recommend. We ordered for a team members birthday with Uber eats. We opened them and the Oreo cookies are just full of ants.

I am a long time customer and cannot say enough good things about this place. I've catered dessert from here for every special occasion, including my wedding! They're amazing to work with and make the best cakes/cupcakes. Their gluten-free, vegan chocolate cake is seriously the best chocolate cake I've ever had in my life. I loved working with them for my wedding, sharing creative ideas and coming up with unique flavours for my 3 tier cake. They knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it in perfect condition to the venue, decorated with beautiful flowers. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the courteous and efficient process of ordering from Cupcake Paradise. I ordered cupcakes for my son's milestone birthday and he loved them. He wanted to know where they were came from so he could order some in the future. The hardest part of the process was deciding what flavors to order.

Absolutely loved these cupcakes! They were customized with no extra charges with a variety of different cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet). Unnati's service was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend getting cupcakes from here!

Although the cupcakes look great, we are very disappointed. When we ordered, we inquired to make sure all cupcakes were nut free. We were assured they were nut free. Those cupcakes were to bring to our daughter's school to celebrate her birthday the day after. Upon picking up the order, my husband was told that not all cupcakes were nut free... We paid almost $200 for cupcakes we will have to donate and we are left with nothing to bring to our daughter's school tomorrow. Please know that when people request nut free, it also means there cannot be cross contamination and ensure to provide the right information when customers order.

Cupcake Paradise is nothing short of a paradise! We first tried their goods at a birthday party, and was soooo excited to learn they were right in our city, by discovering them on a walk. The staff are impeccable, and they also remember their regular customers :) They have treats for everyone, non-vegan, vegan, vegan and gluten free. These desserts have quickly become a weekly treat for us. Our favourites are the cookies! Double chocolate is my ultimate number one, alongside their iced coffee, a perfect treat! They also make cakes, and cater for all kinds of events. We love these guilt free treats, and I'm sure you will too 😋

Pathetic cakes!! My sister had ordered a surprise cake for me from this store- It wasn’t just worth the money. Cake was way to hard and it was EXTREMELY SWEET. I am really fond of cakes but not Sugar cakes. Plus the base was so pathetically hard. When I had called to give my feedback- The customer service lady said 8 Ferrero chocolates are for $18 plus the cake is hard because we keep it in fridge. Ma’am the cakes are supposed to be stored in fridge - that doesn’t mean they will become extremely hard. WASTED $60 BUCKS ON THIS STORE. And I wasn’t even able to enjoy the cake. 0/5 on Customer Service 0/5 on Cake’s taste

we ordered 30 vanilla cupcakes, 12 with blue coloured filling inside for my gender reveal & they were amazing!! the inside was soooooo moist & the frosting topping was delicious. even the blue color inside was so vibrant. it was a success for my gender reveal. super happy with how they looked & tasted. 10/10 will definitely be ordering from here again! thank you!

The cupcakes were tasty and the presentation was very nice. I ordered a box of 4. The icing was very sweet and the cake mix itself seems to be reused across all the cupcakes. The flavour profiles are only changed within the frosting and not the cake itself, so you're essentially eating the same "cake" but different frosting options. Some of the frostings were not as flavourful as others and you only taste a hint of it. It's not bad, but I would like more flavour personally.

I was looking for a yummy treat for a get together for some friends and their kiddos and I found Cupcake Paradise. I think their selection is amazing, and the actual cookies and cupcakes taste delicious. But even better, is their customer service, they went above and beyond to help make me have an amazing customer experience and I really appreciate a company that is all about ensuring customer satisfaction and making a happy customer. They are now a new go to favourite of mine and I look forward to satisfying my sweet tooth with their creations on many more occasions moving forward. I got six mixed cookies and 6 dinosaur cupcakes for my kiddo — I Love the little special touch they added for the little ones ( as in the dinosaurs but they also have Mickey Mouse, Elsa, construction trucks and so much more). But if you don’t have a kiddo, their cupcakes are adult approved, ( the flower ones are gorgeous), they can do custom, and also the majority of their selection comes in vegan as well. If you are looking for something special and yummy take a look at Cupcake Paradise’s menu and place an order. I’m really happy I did.

Customer Service at front check out is superb, from an Indian lady that served me. As a first timer at this establishment, reg: the vegan rainbow cookie and vanilla cupcake not happy with the lack of flavor, from the base. Only flavor was from the icing on top of both, to sweet as well. Will continue going here and trying different items, on the menu maybe I'll be surprised. I called for the vegan vanilla cupcake from their collection for a friend's baby shower and they agreed to customize it with blue cream and sprinkles with no extra cost. I must say the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. They were very soft and almost melted in my mouth. Best thing is they have egg free, dairy free and gluten free options for their collection and same day delivery which is great. Definitely coming back to try their chocolate flavored cupcake next time.

Picked up Ferrero Rocher-Oh! cake on the day of birthday event. The cake layer was very moist and fresh, and the buttercream had rich flavour with nice little crunchy bits. This is a subjective opinion - the cake layer sweetness was a bit overpowering. This doesn’t change the fact that I will try different original cakes here!

I went to pick up a dozen (the price for 12 cupcakes is $55) of vegan cupcakes. I ordered a dozen but asked to put into 2 small six-cupcake boxes instead of 1 twelve-cupcake box. The Lady charged me for 2 six packs as opposed to the price for the dozen. It wouldn't have really mattered but after I asked why, she explained this with a poor and annoyed attitude that it was because there were two 6 pack boxes. I have ordered from them so many times before and asked the same thing (in person and online as well) and this has always been happily accommodated. I was just upset that she gave me such poor attitude about charging me extra for asking the cupcakes be split into two six packs.

I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday. I was looking for a vegan option since most of my family can't consume dairy. The online ordering processing was quick and easy. Upon pickup, I was blown away by the cake. It was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. Even the presentation of the packaging was gorgeous. Couldn't wait to celebrate my mom's birthday and dig in. Everyone loved it, the cake was a huge hit! Will definitely be ordering more cakes in the future. Was in Toronto for a wedding dress fitting. Decided to look up somewhere to grab something sweet for the long road back home. The service was so friendly, kind and helpful. We ordered some bubble teas and of course some cupcakes. I found the 6 pack very reasonably priced and the cupcakes we got - most delicious cupcakes I've ever tasted. Will absolutely need to go back next time I am in the city!!
