Website shows new deluxe tour buses and this is what we got. It is a school bus used for a local tech college sports team. It was covered in auto wrapper that’s peeling off. See pics! The bus was filthy. The seatbelts had gum on them. The pick up time was 40 minutes later than we were notified via email. The tour guide was a last-minute replacement who knew very little and did not engage in any historical or significant information. **The air conditioning in the boss worked at maybe 60%. The pictures of the bus you can see are filthy. The fan in the bus did not work. For $318.00, this was a complete rip off . **No cell charging capabilities and the company was condescending and rude when we called to file a complaint

1st they did not honor picking us up from the promised location. We paid extra to be picked up from our hotel and drop off. We almost had missed our bus and had to run to some location they told us last minute that too when we called them after waiting for long. They were not at all apologetic about it. The last couple of rows hardly get the AC and we felt so hot during the whole travel. The bus was a mini bus so small that could hardly fit 15 people and very uncomfortable They have an extremely poor communication with the travllers and very unprofessional. The only Star is for the reason they showed all the spots that they had promised but they could have planned a better spots. I don't recommend them at all if you have other agencies available tor the date you want.

My daughter's sports team rented a tour bus to take them to a tournament. I include that bus's ID info so you can request not to have the driver of that vehicle. His driving was so bad I wondered if he had a legitimate license at all. He was constantly shaking his hands on the steering wheel like he was driving a boat and making the kids nauseous, his speed was ridiculously over the speed limit, he didn't slow down for roads that had the black and yellow slow down arrows, and he didn't know a flashing red stop sign doesn't change to green eventually. I would not feel safe driving with this company again. They need to do better at screening their drivers.

10/10 Had best tour experience. I booked my tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls. It was an amazing! Tour guide was punctual and was very generous and kind. Would suggest the readers to book with Zoom tours for an amazing experience with family and friends

My husband & I decided to book the Niagara Falls tour while in Toronto. When booking it stated that Zoom Tours would pick us up & drop us off at our hotel in Toronto or a local pick up location within walking distance to where we were staying. Which they did on time, despite the fact the 1st group they were picking up did not arrive on time. So they left that location, came picked us up & then went back for that group. Our bus driver/tour guides name was Allay. He was very informative about many locations along the way & while at the Falls. He did have a few groups with us that were not the best, but he handled everything with stride. If we choose to do one of these type of tours again. I will make sure we do it privately as now other's do not have respect for all. This is in no way a knock against Zoom Tour's. Due to Allay accommodating the other's in our group I did feel very rushed along the way. We were only given 10mins at 1 stop to shop, as the location was closing. Allay was constantly having to go find other's in our group to get back on the bus in order to make sure we got to the attractions on time. Dinner also felt very rushed as the restaurant was closing within an hour of us arriving. Again I believe this had to do with Allay trying to help & be accommodating to these 2 other groups whom had no respect for other's on the tour

I only have positive things to write about this company and our tour guide Dwayne. Everything ran like a well oiled machine from pick up at the airport, to all of our attractions at the falls, and then the ride back to our drop off location. This takes any sort of stress and planning out of seeing the major attractions. It was well worth the cost involved. Thank you to everyone at this company for creating such a great experience for visiting guests.

The tour we took was the Niagara Falls Evening Tour, Cruise & Dinner. Our guide was Fabio. He was an amazing guide and made sure everything was done to the highest standard possible. We saw historic sites, visited the local fruit market, took a tour behind the falls and went on The Hornblower Cruise to Horseshoe Falls. Afterward, we ate at the Sheraton overlooking the falls. He took us to and from our tour with care and hospitality. We would highly recommend this tour as an all inclusive way of visiting Niagara Falls.

Last Sunday 06/25/2023 at 5:46pm I sent an email and immediately called after requesting to cancel Booking #160037895 yet almost 2 weeks later I have not received the refund in the amount of $315.88. I have send several emails and made another call on 06/27/2023 yet not received my money back. Will someone give a solution ASAP? Very irrespecutful!!! ZERO IS WHAT THIS PEOPLE DESERVE!! A BIG ZERO!!! I book a tour to Niagara Falls for 2 people and paid $315 (US DOLLARS) and have to cancel and 3 days after requesting so I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK! First time when I called them after sending the email requesting to cancel my booking they said the refund will be processed next day but THAT OF COURSE DID NOT HAPPEN. I called again asking about it and was told I will have to wait at least 15 days to get my money back because the manager is not in the office TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THAT IS ABSURD. Go get a tour from a serious company not from this people whom clearly have 0 respect with their costumers!!!

Tour was amazing! We were fortunate to get on the first boat trip of the year which only added to the experience! However, the provider themselves were amazing! Everything ran so smoothly and punctually, there was great communication with them if needed (we discussed a pickup location) and our guide, Fabio, was great! He was funny, informative and very friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Toronto!

Me and my wife where visiting Toronto from the United States. We decided to take this tour service to Niagra falls. Service was great we where picked up near our hotel in a very nice Ford f-450 bus. The bus had comfortable seats with good a/c. Out tour guid Allay did a great job. He gave us alot of information about Toronto and the surrounding areas on the way to the falls. He did great even tho he had trouble with 2 groups that where oart of out tour. These to groups flat refused to follow directions at every stop and would wonder off like toddlers to the point where the guid would have to track the idiots down. He did a great job an was very informative. If your in the Toronto area and want to take a great tour I would definitely recommend this tour service 👍

Our tour guide, Johnny, truly stood out and left an indelible impression. His wealth of knowledge, genuine care, and sense of humor ensured that we had an exceptional time. The tour encompassed various captivating stops, including opportunities for photography, indulging in maple syrup tasting, and culminating with the grandeur of Niagra Falls. I opted to have lunch at the hotel, yet in hindsight, I would opt to dine at one of the charming local eateries instead. Despite the stunning restaurant view, the food didn't quite match up to its surroundings. Nonetheless, the overall trip undeniably warrants a perfect 5-star rating, and I wholeheartedly recommend this day-trip to anyone seeking an enjoyable excursion while in Toronto.

We had the most pleasant tour to Niagara on the Lake and to Niagara Falls. Not only were we warmly welcomed by our guide, Johnny, but he also made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the tour. His knowledge of the visited sights was quite obvious, and he shared it with great enthusiasm. His sense of humor was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone on board and added to a most pleasant day. Prices are in American so it was a bit of a surprise to see the charges on my Visa, I thought it was Canadian and nowhere could I find that it said American funds. Bus not that clean, hard to hear the driver even on speaker. Could have given more information on sights. Boat ride was fantastic

Great tour to the Falls. Our driver Anthony was very informative. Dinner was excellent. Only reason I didn’t rate 4 stars is we missed stopping at the whirlpool section of the river. We took the afternoon/night tour to see the fireworks and the falls lit up. Recommend that tour.

Visited Niagara falls yesterday, and wow I was not prepared for the experience I was provided. Not only did our guide tell us loads of interesting facts about different places, and give us information about the history of places (with specific dates) which made it fascinating. I got to see so much more than I thought I would, and it was brilliant. Communication when booking is fantastic, and they're so helpful in making sure you have a pickup location you can get to. Overall, I'd highly recommend this trip, especially if you have Fabio as your tour guide! Thanks for the fun and facts Fabio!!

The tour itself is not bad but the low rating is because the tour guide Fabio was just not understandable and also pretty insulting to the tour customers. He has a thick accent and is barely understandable when he rattles of trivia along the way. Almost everyone on our bus was muttering under their breaths that Fabio was not making any sense because of his accent and speed of talking. He also gets insulting or angry at times for random things and in the course of his moods passes remarks that verge on the insulting side to us on his bus. He took us to places that he thinks are picturesque in his opinion but nobody on our bus thought so and many didn’t even come out of the bus to click pictures. At the end of it all, the Falls were the only happy event of this tour. Fabio needs to fade away from the spotlight as apparently the game today is about being kind, polite, clear and interesting- all of which Fabio might have been at some point of time earlier- but isn’t so anymore. Change the guide and who knows- maybe things might work for the best.

Amazing Tour to Niagara Falls with Zoom Tours from Toronto. We were picked up on time from our Hotel in Toronto. We did some major attractions at Niagara Falls including Journey behind the Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Whirlpool Rapids, Skylon Tower, Souvenir stop, and Great Dinner at Fallsview Restaurant over looking the Falls. Very much appreciated making our great tour of Niagara. We received five star service from our tour guide.

We have nothing but compliments for our tour guide Anthony. He provided us with excellent information along the way and he had a lovely, clear, and pleasant voice to listen to. The whole experience was outstanding. We would encourage people to avail of the meal option as the food was first class. It was also a great way to meet your fellow passengers and enjoy the craic! One thing we would suggest for the tour company would be to provide a basic itinerary for the day - such as how long the journey takes to travel to Niagra, the various stops, which stops the bathrooms will be located / where you can purchase food etc. Just as a heads up to prepare you for the day ahead. Anthony was able to give us this information as and when we pulled up to the various stops and it was invaluable. Thanks Anthony! 👍

The Niagara Falls afternoon / night tour is a must see and so beautiful at night. Such an exciting experience but be prepared for wet shoes. The red ponchos provided does help keep your clothes dry. Our tour guide/ bus driver, Anthony shared many interesting facts about points of interest along the tour and he always made sure we were all on the bus. We were disappointed we didn’t stop at the Whirlpool for a close look. The Buffet was great as there were many selections to choose from. I would recommend this tour , even though you will get a little wet!

Great day! Really enjoyed, our tour guide Gary was great very informative, lots of great stops.

We were really disappointed by the quality of the Zoom tours. We booked a day trip to Niagra Falls. We had confirmation via the booking on Viator that we would be collected from our residence but the day before the trip I called to confirm pick up and they said we were not eligible for pick up. We made our way to the meeting point, and were collected 45 minutes late. No one got in touch to tell us the bus was running late and worried that they might have left without us I called the company three times for an update. When they did arrive they didn't welcome us at the meeting point, instead we had to guess which bus might be our transport at a different meeting point. This was made more stressful given that I was 7 months pregnant and left waiting nearly an hour in the heat. Once we got into the bus, the driver confirmed there was no WiFi despite the Viator confirmation stating there would be WiFi on board. The driver did not introduce himself and rubbish had been left in our front pocket seats. We had no idea of the agenda for the day. We did see the falls and we had lunch at the Sheraton however because of the 45 min delay in collection we were given less than an hour to eat, we were unable to go on the cable car above the whirlpool and Viator had also said the booking included several hours for open exploring of the area- of which we got no time for whatsoever. Although very pleasant the driver didn't share any useful information regarding the trip or what we were seeing. All in all dissaponting and unprofessional service.

We just had an awesome day with Don at this tour. He explained everything and was flexible with the stops offered, We wanted to spend some extra time at the falls and he agreed. He also took some pictures of the whole group and individuals which is always appreciated. Would totally recommend Zoom Tours!

Zoom tours helped us of Pak Pioneer Seniors club. They took us from Mississauga to Toronto Royal Ontario Museum ROM. Later we went to Gerrard st for Lunch at King Karhai and they show around harbour front. Driver Vincent was very professional, nice and skill full driver. We all enjoyed very much. Bus was very nice clean from inside.

We did tour to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake with few stops in between. Our guide was Fabio - who was 1st class. He was polite, knowlegeable and funny. We really enjoyed the day and would recommend to anyone looking to see Niagara falls. Zoom tours picked us up at our hotel at the designated time, supplied us with bottles of water if you needed one and had us back by the time stated. Again have to say Fabio was excellent.

I divided my review into two parts. One is a quick summary and the other is a more detailed account. Quick summary of our experience: The organization of events was awful. Our bus driver offered no commentary, so we actually didn't get a tour guide. Several groups on our "tour" skipped the last few attractions because they said it wasn't worth sitting in silence on the way to another attraction. The attractions were great, but this particular tour was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY we spent. I cannot imagine any of the other tour companies in the area being as bad as Zoom Tours. Detailed experience: This was a really bad experience. This a little long, so feel free to go to the last section if you don't care about the details. Please save yourself grief and look elsewhere. First we chose these guys because the ad said they would pick up from our hotel (which is in walking distance to the actual falls), only to be told (after we paid) that they only pick up at some hotels and ours wasn't one of them. So we had to walk to the Sheridan and try find out where they would pick us up. No description of the transport was given. Additionally, despite spending almost $500 (US) for this "tour," we simply got a bus driver who only said something when we asked him questions. We got no history or knowledge about the area except that Clifton Hill is often referred to as "Mini Vegas." Additionally, everything started 45 mins late and when I tried to call the office twice, no one answered. Eventually, they called me back only to tell me that our driver would arrive 15 mins after being late for more than 20 mins. Everyone (about 12 people) had the same pickup time despite being in four different locations that were more than 10 mins apart. The destinations for the attractions were not in order and none of us knew what was happening. The driver didn't even realize he was supposed to accompany us to get our tickets to each attraction. I wasn't expecting things to be flawless, but we were extremely disappointed that we didn't actually get a tour. Instead of Zoom Tours, they should be called Zoom Drivers. We would have been much better off visiting the sites ourselves and saving almost $100 (US), because we got about the same amount of information as if we were by ourselves anyway. I'm giving 2* since the driver at least dropped is off back at our hotel. Go elsewhere or at least factor a lack of an actual tour in the amount you are willing to pay.

We'd been really skeptical of which tour company to use due to the cost and mixed reviews on some sites. Any concerns faded as soon as Dwayne from zoom collected us from our hotel. He was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful in keeping us up to date on the schedule. We really appreciated his time keeping, the door to door service and the stop offs for photos, especially at the breath taking rapids. It was so special. Then the falls themselves. Just wow. An experience we'll never forget as a family. Magical, as was watching the falls illuminated while enjoying the most spectacular view and delicious meal at the Sheraton. Rounding off the experience was a last photo opportunity before Dwayne safely drove us home. I'd really like to thank him for the role he played in creating an truly enjoyable day that was exactly what we wanted. We'll never forget it!

I took the Niagra Falls Day & Evening Tour with boat cruise and dinner for myself and my 2 teens and I didn’t regret it. It was all worth the money spent, it was outstanding. Anthony, our driver/tour guide gave us the best tour experience, he was very knowledgeable and he ensured that we had a fun and truly exceptional experience. The boat cruise and the fireworks and light show was really magical. The dinner buffet was okay but had I known that there’s plenty of choices I would have opted to eat in another place. But the overall trip was undeniably deserving of a 5-star rating, I would do it again and I highly recommend this tour to anyone who will visit Toronto and wants a fun excursion during their trip!!!

This was a planned group 4-5 hour trip that ended in 2 hours and became a private tour where we were rushed and then lied to by our tour guide Johni. He had to hurry back for another tour and rushed us through the tours and then dropped us off at our car before the end of the tour and gave us a pass and told us to use it to get closer parking to the boat tour as I had difficulty walking and as a favor he was giving us this parking pass in front of Sheraton only to find out it wasn’t a valid pass and that if we used it, we would be fined and or our car towed. After a lengthy email explaining our discontent for the tour the company gave us back $50 as if that would cover the great tip I gave our tour guide thinking he was doing us a big favor when indeed he lied and was deceitful. Terrible business practice with no real customer service and satisfaction.

Booked the Niagara Falls tour with Cruise and Fallsview Lunch. The cruise and lunch were awesome. However, we did not go to Niagara-on-the-lake, Fort George, Brock's Monument or the World's Smallest Chapel. I was really looking forward to visiting Niagara-on-the-lake. We paid a higher price for this tour and only got to see part of it. Niagara Falls is beautiful, only wish we got the full tour that we paid for
