I recently had an experience with Ace Sports Clinic that I feel is important to share. On the positive side, the osteopath at the clinic is undeniably a knowledgeable and professional individual. It was clear from my interactions that they are well-versed in their field and committed to their practice. However, my experience with the clinic's management left something to be desired. Due to a sudden family emergency, I found myself in a position where I needed to cancel my appointment. I contacted the clinic 23.5 hours prior to my scheduled time, just half an hour shy of their 24-hour cancellation policy. Despite the urgency and unpredictability of my situation, the clinic adhered strictly to this policy and charged me the full price of the appointment, which was close to $300. I reached out to the management to express my distress and request a refund, considering the circumstances. Unfortunately, my request was not accommodated. As a wellness practice, I had expected a degree of flexibility and understanding, especially in situations that are beyond a patient's control. This experience has led me to the difficult decision of no longer seeking services from Ace Sports Clinic. While I respect and appreciate the professional expertise of their medical staff, the rigidity of their administrative policies in the face of genuine emergencies is something that I believe needs reconsideration. It is my hope that this feedback can be a constructive part of their ongoing efforts to balance policy with compassion and understanding in their patient care.

I was referred to Zac for osteopathy through my naturopath. He’s been working with me to improve my digestive health after a surgery earlier this year. I can’t believe how much I’ve improved since our first session 3 weeks ago. This has been a total game changer in my long term recovery. I’ve also had a great massage with Ashley as well. The Ace sports clinic has been a life saver in getting me back to good health!

The staff at Ace Sports Clinic are wonderful! Every time I've gone in I've been greeted with a friendly welcome and help with all of my needs. I have been seeing physiotherapist, Michelle Begg, for a year and a half and can not say enough about how much she has helped me. I have very complex chronic health conditions and she has shown me compassion, care and attention from day one. She really listens to what you have going on and treats within those boundaries. I have felt confident and grateful for her skills and expertise in every appointment with her!

I am really pleased with the treatment I am getting at Ace Sports clinic in Oakville. I have been taking treatment for two weeks on a very serious hip injury and the improvement has been astonishing! I have been receiving dry needling and massage from the team of Anish and Ashleigh and they are both knowledgeable and professional. I have been visiting Ace Sport Clinic for a month and a half now since I was having a severe pain in my lower back/right hip. Zac treated me with dry needling and he showed me some exercises to restore my mobility. Dmitry has been my massage therapist and after a couple sessions with both of them and following the exercises I could notice the improvements. They will give you great advice about what you can incorporate in your daily routine to maintain the results. They are highly experienced and knowledgeable. They are just incredible! I cannot thank them enough because my pain now is down to almost zero. The receptionist is very friendly and always receives you with a smile. In general, the service is excellent and my experience has been great. I will highly recommend Ace Sport!

Went to Ace to see Yuma for a stiffened neck I’ve been dealing with for 10 or so days. He was easily able to identify the potential cause and offer an immediate solution. Yuma was able to explain in layman's terms what he was doing and why it would help, and sure enough all the tension was released. Got a big weekend of activity ahead, so super grateful for his immediate help!

Luke diagnosed my condition and immediately began an exercise regime and treatment to correct the condition. I would highly recommend Luke and Ace Sports Clinic.

I went to see Michelle Begg as my upper left part of my back had really seized up. She diagnosed the issue and made huge improvements in the first visit doing both manipulations and dry needling. She basically removed my pain in a 45 minute visit and sent me home with exercises to do.

Recently booked in for Osteopath treatment. Session was fine but I was quite shocked to find out my bill was $288 for 40 mins. Even with insurance, I’m stuck with $160 out of pocket as Canada Life states a normal price is $120 (which is what I expected). Guess I should’ve done my research, but prices aren’t listed on the website.

The team at Ace are without a doubt the best in town. I have been going to the clinic since 2018 and Yuma has played a huge part in my recovery with the many injuries I have experienced over the years as a marathon runner. I highly recommend Ace Sports Clinic.

I was very happy with the consultation and the appropriate treatment that I received from Zack and all the team at the clinic. I began to realize after my first session, that there was a remedy for what was occurring with me after I slipped and fell. The best massage I’ve ever had in Toronto! Dmitry is very skilled/ knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable on my very first visit. Due to the ongoing pandemic, I was nervous about going for massages but the Ace facility is super clean. As an athlete it’s tough to find experts that are familiar with your sport, however at Ace Sports Clinic they have years of experience working with a huge variety of athletes and people from all walks of life. I got treated on imbalances in my body and I received information/exercises on how to get stronger to prevent future injuries. The clinic is also extremely safe with contactless payment and very good hygiene measures in place considering the current pandemic situation. I went to Ace Sports Clinic while enduring a chronic lower back/leg pain and after months of trying different types of treatments and not seeing any improvements. Over only 3 sessions of dry needling with Yuma at the clinic, my pain has almost become zero. His treatment methods and technics have proven to truly work for me. The physio and massage therapist quickly got to the core of my problem and its clear they know their stuff. There was good improvement with my issue. I didn't like the receptionist avoiding giving me the physio's email so i could ask an important question. I got no response from the email ID eventually, which was also not nice to see from the highest rated and among the costliest clinics in Toronto.

The amazing people at Ace have been incredibly helpful with my recovery. I was hit by a car while cycling and fractured my shoulder. My physiotherapist Anish did amazing work with me and gave me excellent exercises to do own my own. Thanks to the team at Ace I am back on my bike and well on my way to 100% recovery.

I began at Ace over two years ago to deal with an old knee injury and to try to mitigate a new diagnosis of osteoporosis. Since I began my work with Franco Floris at that time, I have learnt much about how my body can function well and more efficiently through him. Franco is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive; his ability to pinpoint an area of need and then prescribe the appropriate treatment are impressive. His constantly changing and challenging programs for me keep me motivated. I am stronger, healthier, and my bone density scores have improved in the last year; thank you Franco!

Most importantly, I feel an improvement even after just one appointment. Yuma is such a pro and it's evident his training and experience go far beyond most (Aussie Osteopaths recieve the most extensive training in the world). Yuma is amazing at what he does, I visited the clinic due to a recent injury on my leg and he knew exactly which muscle I have injured and how to treat it. He also suggested a few exercises that would help my leg recover faster. Definitely recommend it if you are suffering from injuries.

I communicated this emergency to the clinic, hoping for some understanding or flexibility given the unexpected and serious nature of the situation. Ashley at Ace Sports Clinic is so knowledgeable about healing and massage. She found all the hot spots and manage to smooth them out with very little discomfort . Zac Lewis is a great osteopath. In the past I have tried few physiotherapy clinics with no satisfactory results. Presently, I am been treated by Zac. I felt some relief after my first session. Zac is highly knowledgeable of the human anatomy. The dry needles treatments and the set of specific exercises were also very beneficial. He possesses impressive credentials.
