    Lovely beach, with restaurants, pizzaria, tapas and seafood. You can also rent a boat on the water line nearby

    Lovely beach with a bar for drinks, a nice restaurant and a pizzeria cafe. There are also kayaks and pedalboats available for rent and a foozvolley net. All of the beaches in this area are so pretty and look like fantasy beaches 😍

    Wonderful beach views. We stayed at the Porto Novo beach hotel. Staff were very knowledgeable. Great waterfront access, really good room service. No Aircon in the room however.

    Good beach, but the rest has no character. Booking looking buildings, a bit worse for wear, which look like they were never fancy.

    Nice beach but given the more authentic ones nearby like Santa Rita or Valmitao, Porto Novo is one step behind. The building around the beach gives a feeling more of a city-beach, but in contratar it has good facilities to have some food and even hotels

    A fun beach with many restaurants nearby, however due to the nearby hotels sewage system, you sometimes get hit by the smell of urine and feces. Still recommend visiting.
