Unfortunately
a
disappointing
spa
hotel
experience
for
my
family.
We
were
looking
forward
to
2
days
and
nights
at
the
well
spa
hotel.
The
hotel
is
on
the
side
of
the
beach,
next
to
a
river
and
other
hotels
and
buildings.
Reception
is
friendly,
the
rooms
are
spacious
and
stylish.
The
first
disappointment
was
the
view.
The
ocean
view
room
we
booked
overlooked
the
parking
lot,
with
a
river
behind
it.
The
sea
can
only
be
seen
from
a
side
window,
unfortunately
this
window
was
the
only
one
that
was
extremely
dirty.
no
coffee
in
the
room
and
unfortunately
hardly
any
possibilities
to
dry
towels
except
for
a
small
stand
next
to
the
shower.
The
spa
area
is
a
swimming
pool,
a
jacuzzi,
a
sauna
and
a
steam
bath
The
sauna
was
broken
and
the
steam
room
was
a
mini
cabin
with
4
seats,
which
kept
cooling
down
after
2
minutes
When
asked
if
the
sauna
would
work
again
tomorrow,
it
was
unfortunately
not
said.
We
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
clean
the
ocean
view
window
and
we
were
promised
that
this
would
happen
the
next
morning
while
we
were
having
breakfast
because
unfortunately
no
one
was
there
anymore.
We
booked
another
1
hour
massage
for
the
next
morning,
planning
our
only
full
day
of
activities
for
our
daughter
around
it
The
next
day
after
breakfast
the
window
was
still
dirty.
At
11am
I
was
waiting
in
a
bathrobe
in
front
of
the
spa
treatment
room
but
the
door
remained
locked,
a
waiter
asked
at
the
reception
and
the
lady
up
to
tell
me
a
massage
was
not
possible.
She
apologized,
saying
she
forgot
to
let
us
know
and
assured
me
that
she
would
organize
compensation
for
us.
We
were
very
disappointed
but
tried
to
make
the
best
of
the
day.
In
the
afternoon
we
still
had
no
notice
of
a
new
appointment
made
for
us
for
a
massage
offered
by
the
hotel
or
any
other
compensation
.
I
went
back
to
reception
and
was
only
assured
management
would
ask
about
it.
From
the
evening
still
nothing,
again
I
went
to
the
staff
but
it
was
an
apology
and
no
solution.
The
window
could
not
be
cleaned
when
asked
again.
We
booked
the
well
spa
hotel
specifically
for
the
sauna
and
massage
treatments,
my
daughter
and
husband
at
least
used
the
pool.
In
general,
the
hotel
is
nicely
laid
out,
except
for
a
wide
range
of
fruit
the
breakfast
is
mediocre,
as
is
the
evening
meal.
The
saddest
thing
for
us
was
that
you
didn't
feel
seen
as
a
guest.
The
employees
don't
seem
to
care
if
the
stay
is
disappointing
and
they
make
no
effort
to
find
a
simple
compensation
,as
has
been
experienced
several
times
in
other
hotels

to
the
hotel's
response
:
Your
answer
s
as
disappointing
as
our
stay
with
you,
but
nothing
more
was
expected
.
I
have
booked
the
family
sea
suite,
it
says
so
in
your
confirmation
email.
There
is
no
mention
anywhere
of
a
side
view
of
the
sea
with
dirty
windows.
It's
a
lie
to
say
I
didn't
book
the
massage,
it
was
confirmed
to
me
the
night
before
that
my
appointment
at
11am
the
following
day
is
possible.
You
can't
just
give
away
free
massages???
but
you
can
trade
impressions
in
all
areas
and
don't
care
about
guests'
vacations.
Of
course,
your
hotel
will
be
compared
and
other
hotels
in
fact
react
to
mistakes
that
are
clearly
human,
just
much
more
professional.
your
own
protocol
is
very
disappointing
as
it
conveys
a
sense
of
indifference
to
the
guest
