Was told the wait was around 30 minutes for 4 people. An hour past and 4 groups were seated before us. Terrible communication and didn’t even get seated.

We had a delicious lunch at Taskinha do Chef on February 10, 2023 As we didnot plan to go here, we did not make a reservation. (Advice is to do this because the restaurant is often full.) Nevertheless the lady (owner ?) friendly asked us to wait some minutes for a table. We did for a while and it was well worth it ! The chateaubriand is exquisite ! Paired with a nice glass of red wine, we had a perfect lunch. But don’t forget the sweets, the Rodrigo is fantastic ! Service is also perfect. Thanks again for the 2 who worked very hard and had also time and attention for their guests ! Perfect place, food and service ! We’ ll certainly come back next time we are in Torres Vedras !
