Maybe it was because we arrived so early when it has just opened, but the chef took the time to put together a menu for us that accommodated our dietary constrictions. And his recommendations were excellent 👍 One of the very best meals from our time in Portugal (we were also craving pasta big-time, which probably helps).

Truly sensational pasta. The chef took the time to find out our tastes and recommended dishes for each of us. The porcinni tagliatelle blew my mind! Our only disappointment was that we didn't get the chance to try dessert because our children were tired and started to melt down (which the staff were very gracious about)! The chocolate canoli sounded delicious though! Oh well, a good reason to return again one day!

This place is wonderful. Not only was the food amazing (and actually served to us by the chef himself) but the chef and everyone who works at the restaurant are extremely kind. I took a pretty good fall of my bike on my way to Santa Cruz. It was late and the pharmacy was closed so I walked into the restaurant pretty banged up. The hostess immediately got out the medical kit and cleaned me up, and the chef brought us some food to start as well. He even gave us limoncello at the end of our meal to help me with my pain haha. To top it all off, the meal was significantly cheaper than we expected. They really did go above and beyond.

Vegetarian menu had about six options that included incredibly fresh pesto and decadent quatro formaggi 😍 Friendly and upscale tableside service, from apps to pasta serving, English spoken.

What an experience!👌🏻 The chef came himself 4 times to our table and asked if everything was okay. First he recommended us dishes, then he explained to us the desert choice available. So personal, so lovely. The chef and owner comes from silica and this evening was the most impressing one in our holidays!

We were in line for a table for 2 when a 3 people group arrived and the waitress offered the table we were suppose to have for them.

Good pasta in very good quantity. We are well and a lot! There is chef cooking but unfortunately we were sit in the other room. Stuff is nice and helpful. We tried tiramisu too which was very good. The only thing is prices. I found it a bit expensive for the pasta which, I think was not even freshly made

Amazing restaurant. The chef really took his time to explain the starters, of which we could choose which ones we wanted. We had amazing quiche and caprese. Afterwards we got a great explanation about the wines and the risottos and which ones to combine. We had very tasty risotto with tomato and shrimps and the risotto funghi porcini which was the best we ever had. Overall great food/wine for a very affordable price with lovely guidance of the chef. Deserves 5 stars and even more!

Fantastic restaurant! Great options for vegetarians too. Spaghetti is freshly prepared Infront of you. Staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Would have give 5 stars had the service not been as slow. We waited a long time for our bill. Other than that, food is delicious! Great prices too

Good food. If you like past with sea food, this is the place. Starters are expensive. If you don't like them, send them back.

Probably the best Italian Pasta you will find in Portugal! The Chef (half Italian) and owner of the Restaurant is very kind and takes it time to advise the guests on their dishes. Amazing food and very pleasant service.
