The worst gym I’ve ever seen. Very tiny with hardly any space. Only one squat rack which is rusted to all hell. Machines are old and outdated. Don’t come here if you need to get a serious workout in

Terrible gym. Old machines, dingy environment. Two stars only because nothing was broken and it wasn’t that crowded. Think it’s fair to say that Anytime has a serious problem with consistency across its brand in Japan. Compare this to for example the nearby Sugamo branch and you’ll see immediately what I mean.

Moved to Japan for the military, tried to sign up they were very rude

Been going there for a few months, it’s quite convenient and not always crowded. So far I am satisfied!

朝5時頃来る黄緑のウェアを着た初老の男性、1レップごとにプシュープシューうるさいんですけど、直接本人に注意していいんですかね？スタッフアワーではないのでどうすればいいのやら… ジム自体は狭いながら中級者くらいであれば問題ないです。たまにプレート戻してないとかありますけどね。

Always use it in the morning! Staffs are friendly and it is near the sunshine city mall so it is convenient.
