Très déçue de mon expérience dans ce centre esthétique. J’ai eu un premier rendez-vous pour un soin hydrafacial qui s’est très bien déroulé. J’ai ensuite été orienté vers une cure de 4 séances. Une deuxième séance est donc programmée où il est prévu de me faire un soin peeling, la professionnelle m’applique le peeling en me disant que pour ma peau elle préconise 7mn de massage, au bout de 5mn la douleur est trop intense je lui demande donc d’arrêter. Je rentre chez moi avec de fortes douleurs au visage toute la journée et la soirée. Le lendemain le visage commence à peler ce qui est normal mais 2 croûtes épaisse se forment au niveau de la mâchoire. Le sur lendemain, impossible de parler, mon visage est gonflé, au niveau de ma mâchoire les croûtes saignent et suintent. Ma peau est brulée, diagnostique qui sera confirmé par une pharmacienne. 3 jours après le soin j’appelle la professionnelle, lui envoie les photos de mes plaies. Elle me dit que tout est normal, modifie ces dires « je vous avais prévenu que vous auriez mal une semaine » alors qu’elle m’avais dit que j’aurais mal jusqu’au soir. Je demande un remboursement, elle refuse, apparemment le centre ne fais pas de remboursement. Le soin n’était pas adapté, ma peau était pire après le rendez-vous qu’avant. La professionnelle a fait preuve de mauvaise foie et n’a pas su être commerçante. Je ne recommande pas dermo skin clinic.
