What a wonderful choice for our marriage. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent location. Charlotte is a consumate professional and ensured that all our needs were met. She helped us choose lovely food that was within our budget, ensured that the guests always had something to drink - even the children (who are too foolish to like nice wine), and made sure that our guests had a room to collapse in after the festivities. She even offered us free 'marriage' accomodation for the night, which was lovely - in the eaves of the medieval outhouses. In the morning those of us who stayed, enjoyed breakfast on the olive petals with the warm scent of flowers and the imposing chateau towering before us. How wonderful! This gem of a restaurant with accomodation above is definitely worthy of a visit. Situated in the chateau grounds its pretty terrace has an excellent ambiance for the adults to enjoy, with flowering olive trees, trimmed to give dappled shade to the tables, while the kids ca...

It was a nice hostel to stay at and the staff were super friendly. Even when I was unable to get to the train station to catch my train on time, one of them offered me a ride so that I made it! My only complaint, then, is that it is hard to get to, but once you are there, it's worth the stay!
