Doctor Germain sells pulsed light sessions for laser sessions.... after 8 or 9 sessions without great results, I decided to make an appointment elsewhere... that's how I learned about the "deception ", in 2 sessions I had more results than in a year and a half with this doctor. A lot of money lost I agree with the other comments highlighting the somewhat strange behavior of Dr. Germain.

Doctor Germain is not at all conscientious in his practice. I had 16 laser hair removal sessions with no real results. According to him, it’s normal, everyone is different. I am currently in 4 sessions with a colleague and the result is totally different. To flee !!! On top of that he never remembers you, no follow-up from him.

J’ai fait 6 séances avec le Docteur Germain. Il m’avait demandé de mettre un commentaire google pour 10% de remise mais je reviens sur mon commentaire. Lors de la dernière séance (en mai 2022), le docteur a eu un comportement très déplacé envers moi, il a commencé à me poser des questions sur ma vie personnelle très déplacées et à la fin du rdv il me propose d’aller boire un verre avec lui. J’ai été outrée et je ne suis jamais revenue.

It's a shame after 6 sessions without anesthetic cream I have no effect and the skin burns! I can only say that this doctor should absolutely be avoided. I am extremely disappointed.

I went there for laser hair removal. He will tell you that he has the latest generation Israeli device (it's a joke, it's to impress you) He is expeditious. He repeats the same things over and over (that's when we realize that everything is wrong). I suspect the machine is actually pulsed light OR it's just not charged. It's more expensive than the competition. While the follow-up is pitiful. My experience was traumatic. Run away !!!!!! You deserve better than that, go elsewhere, look carefully at the reviews first, compare the prices of different firms if possible. Good luck

Ne surtout pas aller voir ce praticien. Au bout de 6 séances de laser, il me dit qu’il pourra pas faire mieux. Presque aucune évolution par rapport au premier rendez-vous. À éviter !!!

Very satisfied with the services of Dr. Germain. I went to this practitioner for back hair removal. Clear and precise explanations. Effective results in just a few sessions. Office very well located and very clean. I highly recommend.

A FUIR!!! Une désagréable impression d'avoir perdu du temps et de l'argent... Je viens pour un rééquilibrage alimentaire et un problème de chute de cheveux. Un médecin dont on se demande s'il sait des choses, je pose 40 questions pendant le rdv, c'est fatiguant. Le médecin est charmant, il m'explique que pour perdre du poids, il faut soit augmenter la dépense énergétique, soit diminuer les prises énergétiques...euh merci Docteur, j'étais pas sûre de le savoir avant de venir! Il prend mes mesures à l'emporte pièce. Et pour ça, ça fera 50€ :) J'ai vraiment hésité à payer mais en revanche, pas hésité à le lui dire en partant, parce qu'il est vraiment très bizarre ce monsieur... Je le lui ai demandé s'il avait pas un problème de santé ce jour là, il m'avait l'air faible. Il m'a dit que non et qu'il m'avait dit l'essentiel, avec un air de devoir accompli. Je l'ai rappelé tout de suite la séance, pour lui faire de mon sentiment, il a pas décroché alors je vous le partage pour vous faire gagner de l'argent et du temps! Evidemment je ne reviendrais pas!...

I went there on the advice of a friend, I found the office welcoming as well as the doctor. I needed 6 to 7 sessions (estimated according to my hair growth) but ultimately with 5 it was enough, so very happy with the treatment. Reasonable prices compared to other prices charged elsewhere by a doctor (and not a beautician, eh).. Office to recommend.

I did back hair removal over 5 sessions and the result was visible almost immediately.... The office is pleasant and very modern and Dr. Germain answered all my questions and my expectations regarding back hair removal....

Très content du Dr Germain, le cabinet est propre et le matériel donne une bonne impression. Très bon résultat dans mon cas. Je préfère avoir plusieurs séances non sur dosées que d'être brulé en cherchant la limite...

Doctor Germain! What a pleasure to see you again on Google reviews! Where did you start...? I started laser hair removal about 2 years ago. (half leg and jersey). First impression: Clean office, tastefully decorated. No problem. 1st meeting with Doctor Germain. Very particular gentleman, quite cold, where you have to go fishing for information to understand the procedure, the recommendations... On the other hand, the prices are more than fair... The appointment was sent out quite quickly, but I made the (bad) decision to start my hair removal with him. I did approximately 6 sessions. 1 - Hair removal seems to work by "strip". A strip of hair starting to fall, another as if I had never used a laser, and so on. I subsequently saw other specialists who ALL told me that this was absolutely not normal. It may happen that some areas are more stubborn than others, but in no case should bands appear. 2 - Doctor Germain is really not pleasant, he rushes the session and, moreover, will never remember you, so there will be no follow-up on the progress. 3 - The trigger, during my last session with him, Doctor Germain (more friendly than usual) kindly asked me to leave a good review on Google in exchange for a reduced rate for the future session. AMAZING !! Since when do we buy reviews on Google? Oh yes ! since we are not good enough and we do not provide the necessary results. I had already posted a review like this, several of us left reviews like this, and when there were too many... Doctor Germain simply disappeared from Google for several months... According to old comments, this isn't the first time he's done this... And now here he is again with a brand new, beautiful new review page. Of course since then I have changed places and the difference in quality is obvious. just one piece of advice... don't trust the good advice that was bought from new customers... (The last time I left a review, they responded to my comment saying that it was false, since I did not appear in the given customer base... have you not learned that it is it wrong to lie??)

I had previously, during my 3rd session, agreed to leave a positive opinion to Doctor Germain in exchange for a 10% discount on my laser hair removal. I did 5 sessions for hair removal of the entire legs and bikini line... I repeat the comment below; there is no meticulousness in the grid of the leg, 20 minutes to treat the 3 areas all broken, I found myself with strips at the level of the jersey, I was burned on the thigh because it had not put the gel on the sides. No results, even slight, since the second session (I did 5 and I have very fair skin with very black hair). But given the time spent compared to its competitors I understand. There is no other word than thief. Doctor who never remembers you, very cold, not unpleasant but does not put you at ease. Don't go there, even if its prices are certainly very attractive. I would have given more than 1000€ for nothing. And when I see the responses to bad comments, I understand that there will never be any questioning from this “doctor”
