Sur les caisses automatiques le ticket de caisse ne sort plus. Soi-disant pour des raisons écologiques . Pour l'avoir il faut faire la demande à l'accueil et attendre plusieurs minutes. Oh surprise! Quand elle accueille on vous donne le ticket, c'est une feuille A4 qui doit peser le poids de 5 tickets de caisse! On fait donc attendre le client plus longtemps et on n'est pas écologique du tout. Pour moi la vraie raison c'est de pouvoir cacher les erreurs de prix ou le prix payé en caisse est plus cher que celui affiché en rayon et qui sont très courantes. Voir photo du ticket de caisse

Updated end of December 2023 I see that the value for money has remained unbeatable for months. To this has been added for several weeks yellow stickers on the items offering the most attractive prices. It simplifies, it’s visual, I like it. This supermarket offers everything you are entitled to find in a supermarket, food, dairy products, meats, sweets, hygiene, baby products, there is even a small book section, drinks of all kinds, all while offering the national brands but also the brand. A regret ? There is no real section dedicated to toys. That said, it is not obvious that it is profitable. In addition, the store space is already heavily used. Now I'm going to tell you why I think this Carrefour Market is well managed: it offers a whole series of valuable services. - Latest generation Amazon Locker at parking level - Vinted Locker right next door (recently arrived) - 2 washing machines and 1 dryer again right next door (not practical in winter or if it rains unfortunately but VERY useful otherwise) - In the parking lot we have more than a hundred parking spaces, but also a huge covered shelter for bicycles and motorcycles: practical (see photos) - The store also serves as a parcel relay point (at reception) In terms of purchases, everything is offered: - delivery service, free from 50 or 70€ of purchase I don't know anymore: possibility of delivery the same day - drive service, you order on the internet and you come to receive your purchases in the parking lot (west side of the store) - recycling of batteries and bulbs at reception - in store wifi is free - on the left when entering there is also a simple model key duplicating machine. I don't have the impression that this service is very active: a machine to print photos from USB keys, SD cards or telephones would seem better to me but it's not easy to find the place. - - - - - The staff is friendly, they know how to say hello and smile. The supermarket is very clean. A big well done to the cleaning team. As well as the shelving team. Good to know: two price checker terminals are located in store, one next to the ORGANIC section, and the other next to the hygiene section For the rest there are four brand new fast payment terminals. The old ones were breaking down too much. In addition, traditional checkouts are opened and closed with very good regularity in order to streamline peak hours and avoid waiting. At the moment when I'm writing these notes, Christmas is getting ready and I admit that I find it very amusing and joyful to see the employees wearing a Christmas hat, it gives a cool touch. - - - - - To conclude, I think that this supermarket is well maintained because it seems obvious to me that all these services which have been added over time are the result of expertise aimed at making the place very attractive, and for me it works. Conclusion: in the end this Carrefour is a good store, you can find everything there, the employees are smiling, and there are good prices. As a consumer user I give 5 stars and recommend the place for all the services it offers. 👍

Basically the security guard at the entrance requires you to leave your backpack in the lockers… apparently not the first time it happens just reading some comments, it did not seem optional as the manager claims …

My favourite store where I could find all the groceries and stuffs required for my home.

This is the only Carrefour Market in Barrier du Paris. Mostly you will find everything like groceries, vegitables, fruits, breads, wine, beaty products etc.

Incompetent and very poor customer service. In this supermarket, many of the advertised prices are incorrect check for yourself... There is a culture of non acceptance of mistakes and putting all the blame on costumers, this has to stop hence my review today. The woman at the front desk (21/04/20 19h) was very impolite and unhelpful as I was victim of a false price. They stocked the product next to an offer price, I was told that the offer was for a quantity 12 and not 10. Basically when they run out of products on offer they replaced the shelve with another one that is not on offer keeping the highly visible price, the cashier did not want to offer a refund and shouted at me at some point. Please avoid this store as much as you can, there are other lovely supermarket in Toulouse just not this one. I personally do not recommend Carrefour but if you absolutely have to then go to Compans. To the management, please value your customers, you are responsible of checking the accuracy of your advertised pricing and least and not for most, avoid rude people in your front desk.
