😠 SOUR SELLER, UNCOOKED CAKE: A salesman who didn't seem to want to be there. We were disappointed with the welcome. The bagel was cold and the bread was not crispy at all… On the menu we could opt for fries, but the seller told me: “No, there are more. It’s a dessert drink!” Well, it doesn't matter... People often mention bagel, bagels,

    I do not know. It's original and very good. The team is dynamic and very pleasant. The decor is original and fun.

    Having the habit of ordering from Bagel Corner, I wanted to try Bagelstein. I am a little disappointed with my experience. In fact, I didn't find the bagels very tasty, I found that the bread lacked softness and taste, which is a shame. I also had a cookie for dessert and I found that it also lacked taste… Apart from that, the service is really great, the fact that there is a student menu for €11 is great and on top of that we didn't wait at all.

    Knowing this brand very well, I was very disappointed with my experience. I couldn't make my own bagel. I had a muffin for dessert and I found that it was dry and cold because it remains in the refrigerated display case. The best part is the student menu at €11. I much prefer the Caen brand, who are much nicer than a gentleman with glasses who looks down on us (not at all a businessman)!

    Very good service but very sad to see that my muffins are expired. I was expecting at least products with a good shelf life...

    To answer you: your lack of professionalism in your response says a lot about your way of maintaining this frankness. 1) A D+1 DLC for bagels? You were closed the 3 times in a row I visited. So why aren't they kept in a cold room (especially since they are bagels with salmon, cheese, etc.)? It's a rhetorical question, as you will have understood (rhetoric: look it up in the dictionary if you don't know this word). In short, all this affects you a lot for a fast food restaurant that has nothing to reproach itself for. Finally, being a good “restaurateur” = adapting to market demand. And market demand, especially in Toulouse, is to have stores open during meal times! It’s the B.A.A. of business. I would add that better communication would do you no harm and would perhaps help you not to go under like your friend on rue des filatiers. A word to the wise! Closed all the time, no information on Google or on the store window. Hours not at all suitable (close at 7 p.m.) and what a surprise to see a cold window unlit and filled with bagels and cakes! Such a waste ! Hoping it won't be for sale when they reopen.

    Parti en week-end avec ma fille c’est par hasard que nous sommes tombé sur ce charmant petit restaurant de baguel, et quelle agréable surprise ! Des produits ultra frais, Des pain moelleux, généreusement garni et des frites super bonne ! Et je ne vous parle même pas de leur sauce maison spéciale frites une véritable tuerie.. et la cerise sur le gâteau un accueil au top la personne qui s’est occupé de nous été gentil connaissez ses produits et hyper commerçant. C’est exactement le genre de pépite que j’adore découvrir quand je pars en week-end n’hésitez pas à aller découvrir ça ça vaut clairement le détour ..

    All very well. The waiter was very friendly and took pains to understand us in another language. The bagels are very delicious and the establishment is clean. I recommend it without a doubt.

    Petit restaurant très sympa et accueillant avec un menu étudiants a bas prix et complet. Le service est super rapide et l'ambiance est chaleureuse et amusante. Il y a aussi un menu du mois. Je conseille (;

    Je fréquente régulièrement cet endroit depuis plusieurs mois et je n’ai jamais été déçue ! Excellents bagels et des desserts à se lécher les doigts : mention spéciale pour les cakes chocolat et pistache. Endroit propre et très agréable et l’accueil est top !

And finally, the last straw! The coke that wasn’t fresh… I'm not stingy but I admit that paying 11€ for that... I would have done without it. If you're in the area, make your way.

    For the first time in my life I'm taking the time to leave a review because I'm so appalled by what was sold to me. A bagel prepared in advance and already wrapped, very soft, cold, with inevitably “cooked” salad inside. I just threw away half the bagel because I'm so disgusted looking at it and eating it... How can anyone sell that!?

    I have rarely been so poorly received in a restaurant. The seller obviously doesn't know how to say "hello" and waits painfully for us to place our order. For the “goodbye” we will also come back. He was obviously more interested in his cell phone than in the customers. No smile, nothing. Working here is obviously not his career plan. Too bad, there is just a minimum of respect to be had towards those who pay (a lot) for a barely decent bagel. To avoid.

👍👍 This restaurant is wven better than what our acquaintances had told us. The waiting queue lasted for about 30 minutes. I would really recommend to go there at 9PM (21:00h). At that time the first shift of people have finished their dinners and you will not have to wait any time whatsoever. The meat...
