This Coffeeshop is one of my favorite spots for specialty coffee in Europe. If you're looking for some really good roasted coffee go to Hayuco...Your Filter coffee will be very fruity but still not to much acidity. And by the way: A really good barbershop is located the same store.

The best coffee from the best coffee roaster. Glad we have them in Toulouse. They delivered us even outside of Toulouse and they now even offer subscription for regular coffee delivery. We also had the pleasure to share a very good time during one of their coffee tasting workshop. My favourite coffee of theirs is named Opita :)
