I performed 4 laser sessions on my entire legs. A month later, my hairs grew back denser and more numerous than before the first session. I wrote to them to find out more, without accusing them of anything. To date, I have not received any response from them. This disappoints me a lot. For a service at 1200e, answering my questions to know the why and how seems to me the least of things.
