Really disappointed. Always slow and classy delivery (orders take more than 15-20 minutes, especially at night! Always clamsy service and bad quality bergers (compare to other McDonald's in Europe and even to the french one!). It doesn't feel like a fast-food service.

If you're eating out, ALWAYS check the temperature of the food before you take it out. The staff has given me cold burgers and fries on several occassions, which made me more cautious. When I watch the staff pack up the food, they leave it on a metal table with no heat lamps, and if it takes a while to get everything together, the first things packed is pretty much guaranteed to be lukewarm at best. This place should really improve their packaging space by installing heat lamps over the metal table!

They can be really slow even out of the rush hours. Actually you can never win because either there's no other customers and so few employee they take ages to give you your food, or it's so full there are a lot of people you can't even stand to wait your order. As it's near the Paul Sabatier university and a few other high school, going there for lunch time any day of the week is a bad idea

I only stopped for coffee, so the 3 stars are for Cleanliness, Courteous staff and Good coffee.

McDonald’s chose a good location because it can be a very busy place. The service is a reflection of the tumult. All in all, a good McDonald’s quality food.

For people who drive a big car, it is difficult to get out on the mc drive..

No bacon in a burger ordered with bacon. It was also cold. The apple pies were almost frozen ! Very dirty tables. Staff miserable. The decor was quite pleasant but it needs updating.

Just a standard McDonald's. Very crowded with students and highschoolers during lunchtime. It also has a very small parking lot; it is near impossible to find a spot there between 12 and 1pm.
