Having “practiced” a few sports coaches, I highly recommend Grégory’s services. After 10 weeks of constantly renewed, fun sessions, I can testify that my condition has considerably improved. On a process of establishing solid foundations, the strengthening of the deep muscles begins to bear fruit, and the pain begins to disappear. My osteopathic doctor who I see every week is a witness to this serious work. I therefore hope that you will take Grégory as your coach.

    Custom-made! Greg accurately analyzes our strengths and weaknesses and knows how to suggest exercises adapted to the objectives set. As far as I am concerned: Self-massage, mobilizations and muscle strengthening. I do the sessions with a friend and we each have a personalized program. No more excuses!
