I was disappointed that KFC Toulouse didn't have some regular menu items like chicken drums or breast, and no gravy available. The service could have been better too. However, I must say, their ice cream was a delightful surprise!

The chain fast food restaurant by the street near to a park. Customers order at the counter on the ground floor and go upstairs for seats or just take away. Their service is fast so that it does not take too long to wait. The brand is famous for its crispy fried chicken. French fries are also great! It is very satisfying to have the yummy fried chicken when you are hungry! It is a casual and cozy place to enjoy the fast food on the way.

This KFC does not have chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks. I mean come on man, it's KFC not Kentucky Fried Tenders

It's a nice KFC with a small entrance. You can order from the several digital kiosks right at the entrance. Dine in orders will be given from inside the shop and if you select take away you have to come out and get it from the take away window next to the entrance. The staff was quick and efficient. They understood a bit of English and were very friendly.

I ordered a boxmaster meal, the wrap was good, the sauce tasted good, while fries were so decent and as usual soft drink tasted like water! Note that I’ve given this place many chances but every time drinks were too watery as if they added water into it, fries are always not okay. Ps : the place isn’t clean, smells bad upstairs, no climatisation while it’s 40 degrees outside! Overall not a fan

I think the more branches KFC opens the less they care about the quality, especially I am talking about the environment in KFC. This small review is not just based on the visit I had today but my recent experience of different branches in the city. It is no more surprising for me to see dirty toilets (sometimes totally unusable). Tissues scattered everywhere, water on the floor .... it is quite something to kill your appetite. The story of the tables is not better. Today, I have to check all the tables to see which one is clean enough to put my tray on! Many customers and yet no one is cleaning the tables constantly. This fascinatingly difficult for me to understand why they don't care about this. Generally, the food was as expected but the experience of eating in KFC was awful to me.

I ordered a menu, but the fries were not in the take away bag. Because of the pouring rain I didn’t want to return to the restaurant to fix that. :(

Quick, tasty, and easy!

KFC maintains the same taste all over the world luckily, for tourists this can be a savior. Also this restaurant has automated setup and is really fast, by the time you pay for your food on the ordering maachine, the food is ready to consume or to go. Blazing fast.

Awful place, I’ll never come here again even drunk. Toilet is not working, food quality was 2/5 not fresh, frozen 5 times au minimum potatoes, floor is full of water and fries, tables are dirty, the main hall smells like poubelle. Dégoûtée!
