We were offered a 45-minute massage, which is reduced to 35 minutes BUT EVERYTHING IS NORMAL, you have to count the changing and installation time, so 10 minutes, or more than 20% less time. When the massage is over and well HOP thank you goodbye no relaxation time.... Ladies, there are institutes at the same price, with real expertise in massage, well-being and relaxation, your spaces are designed for aesthetics, very small and noisy. Your prices are not at all attractive when you compare everything. Too bad for you, we love massages and we have already been to different places which allows us to compare.

Je vais à l’institut des carmes depuis plusieurs années pour l’épilation : prestations absolument parfaites. Résultat toujours nickel, rapide, ne font pas mal. Professionnelles adorables, bienveillantes, qui s’adaptent à votre situation ( par exemple si vous êtes enceinte, si vous avez mal au dos et ne pouvez pas adopter une position…). Je recommande +++ allez y les yeux fermés !

Gift card valid until 12/24/23... No appointment possible because it's full... it's lost!!!! I was refused a postponement to 2024. Not very commercial & contractual. All benefit to them!! I do not recommend this institute for commercial misconduct.

I gave my partner a gift card for a one-hour massage and she loved it. The masseuse Ariana was perfect with her and she had a great time and came out feeling relaxed. I myself really liked the institute which was clean and intimate. I recommend!

Meeting today at 1 p.m. for the first time. Very nice home. Arianna who took care of me for a facial and a massage was very professional and very pleasant. I recommend this young woman with great pleasure. Just 3 small points to improve: lack of a waiting room or an armchair, something to wipe your hands in the toilets and the double cabin is not properly soundproofed because only a partition serves as a separation. But nothing to say about the service and delivery. Thank you Arianna!
