A moment of absolute relaxation which was offered to me by a friend, Jeanne massaged me for 3/4 of an hour for a pregnant woman massage. Very soft and truly a relaxing touch. a very poor massage session Impersonal welcome, poor sound system for the music which should be relaxing, no listening to my expectations, no explanation regarding the practice of the massage or the products used, finally a properly called "mechanical" massage. The fact remains that the practitioner is certainly of good will and could well improve with appropriate training. Nothing to do with the presentation on the site.

Super moment d’épilation avec Zélie qui est très professionnelle, douce, rapide et efficace. Un moment de détente, même quand cela peux être douloureux elle essaye toujours de faire au mieux pour ses clientes. Je me rends régulièrement dans ce salon pour me faire masser, je n’ai jamais été déçue. On se sent rapidement très bien, l’endroit est apaisant et l’équipe très sympathique et professionnelle. Rien à dire, je recommande sans problème dès que l’on me demande où aller 🙂

Je suis allée me faire masser 2 fois en 2 mois chez Melle Relax; en duo la première fois puis seule aujourd'hui. Les professionnelles sont douces, discrètes et compétentes. Le lieu est beau et relaxant. J'y retournerai et recommande vivement cet endroit...

As for the rest of the service, the shower, no pressure to finish, no hot water, I think the problem is known since another employee told me <well, there's nothing we can do about it> I had to ask again for to know if a solution presented itself! The latter I had to call out to her twice so that Lucie finally came and tried something! My experience is a bit uncomfortable isn't it? But I want Lucie from this bad adventure, thank you to her for her comfort 👌

I am totally satisfied with this Institute!!! Whether it's the welcome or the service, everything is perfect!! I am doing a cryotherapy treatment and I had results from the first session (1cm lost!!) The beauticians are all very pleasant, helpful and provide us with correct information about our needs. Thank you all but special mention for Anaïs who is at the top ☺️

Ashamed ! I was offered a gift card for a 1 hour massage, worth €59.00, which I wanted to use today. A last minute unexpected event happened to me, I went to the Planity application to quickly postpone my appointment, without any difficulty in that regard. Once my appointment was postponed, I received a text from one of the Mademoiselle Relax employees to tell me that my appointment was canceled less than 48 hours before the service and that my gift card was lost... I was stunned! Why give us the possibility of moving our appointment at the last minute to Planity, if it means ultimately refusing it? Especially since other providers, also present on this application, block this possibility and at least things are clear. In the end: no massage and a lost unused gift card! Obviously, an improvement in their operation needs to be reviewed internally.

Very professional and welcoming... Will definitely be a life-long client!

Amazing massage, perfect pressure and perfect environment and attention of the stuff to adapt it to your own needs. As a pro I would just say that it should be warmer in the room since after 30 mins of massage you get cold even with the blanket

C’était super ! J’ai fais une séance de massage et gommage avec ma mère et ma soeur et c’était vraiment génial 🤩 les praticiennes sont agréables et sympathiques, très professionnelles et très qualifiées. Un super moment entre filles !

Quelle déception , je déconseille. C’était pourtant un massage , mais au lieu de m’installer au fond on m’a mise entre les 2 salles où il y a 2 portes comuniquantes et une fréquence de 4 personnes par heure donc j’ai vécu toutes les conversations, de plus le lit de massage qui grinçait et les canalisations qui s’emballaient. Ça n’a certainement pas été un moment agréable. J’avais hâte que ça termine.. a éviter
