    Postural Stretching is a great practice to relieve chronic pain (movements similar to what my physiotherapist made me work on) and in addition to the other sports that I do (climbing, cycling, hiking, etc.). Maddo is a great teacher :-).

    Postural stretching...I finally found what I was looking for without knowing it. In a simple, light and serious atmosphere, the postures awaken, wake up, tone, encourage, I bend my knees better, I breathe better, I am more in shape, I continue and I am right.
