The black owl was set up as a sports bar ( we watched rugby ) there . Two huge screens ,one inside one outside . Very good atmosphere throughout . Excellent service from "India "and her friendly hard working team .. Lots of seating both inside and outside under cover . I would definatly revisit and reccomend. It is probably best to book a table on busy sporting occasions . We were there for the rugby world cup .. ..

I just want to say how grateful I am to the young bar staff here for helping get me on to wifi and was desperate to get in contact with my Airbnb host. I had just arrived from Lille after a gruelling 14 hrs on the bus. The amber beer tasted like nectar and they had RWC on a big screen. I’ll be back.

The Black Owl was a great place to escape the rain - friendly service, great food and good beer. If you are travelling there is guest WiFi as well. We ordered the plat du jour which was a very generous serve of Toulouse sausage and tasty lentils. Yum!! Perfect with beer!

Great pub great staff and if you sit outside you can watch the wonderful citizens of Toulouse pass by. A must visit place
