    It's a shame to offer menus for 10 euros if it means having a royal bacon with a slice of bacon with a dry steak and 2 pickles, served with a ridiculous portion of fries and a drink more water than soda. This is unacceptable coming from a brand like McDonald’s. Fast service is appreciated at a train station, but there is a difference between fast and sloppy. Having security on your back doesn't help either.

    I tried and hated the Big Mac bacon, lukewarm soft sandwich, uncooked bacon, fries ditto, it's a shame to sell that at the price indicated. Visit Monday, September 26, 9:40 p.m. Avoid as a restaurant and as a brand.

    Entre 2 trains on s'arrête ce matin pour prendre un café et un encas : 30 minutes d'attente, il y a du personnel dans les cuisines mais qui manque visiblement d'efficacité... Le manager est "caché" dans l'arrière boutique, on a dû se fâcher tout rouge pour avoir une solution, le remboursement de notre commande qui n'était même pas démarrée. Il a fallu que l'on court avec nos bagages jusqu'au qu'à la voie 11 pour ne pas rater notre train de justesse... plusieurs clients étaient dans la même situation. C'est triste de voir ce genre de situation où l'on met face au public une équipe a priori peu expérimentée, laissée à l'abandon...

    New location following renovation of the station, nice atmosphere. A bit small during rush hour. For the rest it's McDonald's.

    j’ai commandé un Mc Wrap poulet bacon , l’employé insiste sur le fait qu’il contient du bacon et hesite à prendre ma commande pour finir par me faire payer et me donner un menu royal ??? J’étais pressé j’avais un train je n’ai pas pu modifier😡 Je comprends pq les bornes existent , lutter contre les incompétents

    The entire meal served cold. The tray is returned and after 20 minutes it still remains on the corner of the counter. We had to go back and we were brought back a pocket with several sandwiches and cold fries again. Does this boil down to silencing the customer? I had a train, fortunately for them because I would have liked to see the manager. Not recommended

    My God ! Passed this Sunday. Having already worked in fast food, the team in place was clearly understaffed, which led to negative behavior from customers towards them. She would have deserved 2 additional crew members to be efficient and satisfy the customer. Despite the wait, I was properly served. Courage to them

    Bad experience today. In fact between 2 trains, my family and I decide to take takeaway menus to eat on the next train. After forgetting a bag where it was my husband who realized it, arriving on the surprise train the children's menu was not given, disappointment for my daughter. We can understand that employees are hurrying, but we need to be more conscientious in their work. Especially since obviously the forgotten children's menu had to be paid for.
