Came on 02/12 for a normal, rather light red, I came out of this salon with raspberry red hair. I didn't dare say anything at the time because I was shocked, I wondered at what point I lacked clarity in my explanations, yet I showed images of what I wanted. I now have to adapt to a color that I absolutely did not want and which is very bold except I didn't ask for anything bold. In hindsight I should not have remained silent and I should have expressed my dissatisfaction, I expected the price I paid but for a color that I wanted. This kind of thing deserves a refund in normal times.
