TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!! VERY UNRELIABLE and INCOMPETENT STAFF. The saleswoman broke a new ceramic watch strap given the same day by my husband to only remove 2 links and told me, of course, that they were for nothing. I had my broken bracelet examined by a jeweler/watchmaker who assured me that it had been broken by removing links and that, given the breakage, she had wanted to put it in backwards. I would have liked to know the truth. To this day I still don't have my watch because we can't find the bracelet. The manager didn't even make the effort to try to find a solution and let me leave without the slightest gesture. LIARS and INCOMPETENTS. Wonderful. The Louis Pion brand should be more vigilant about the competence of their employees.

Did what was required for me, changed watch battery, went early was able to leave it and collect after I had finished my shopping

I bought a watch from the boutique in Gramont. The staff was very helpful...I do not speak French only English and one seller helped me patiently showing me all brands and answering all my questions!! I love my watch and I loved the service . Looking forward to my next watch soon from Louis Pion Gramont branch .

Came to the store in July, for a simple repair of a bracelet and the dial of a watch dear to my heart. The saleswoman (Julie I think) treated my second watch like a common trinket. When she tried to learn more about the procedure, she was dismissive and refused to answer me. The atmosphere in the store was just as freezing as the air conditioning. I preferred to have my watch repaired by the competition.
