I buy one burger classic with chips to take away. Waiting around 20 minutes. I don’t know why here there is many clients almost every day (at least already 2 days I saw it). For me the taste is average. I don’t find sauce tomatoes inside. Only beef, cheese, mayonnaise, red onion and lettuce. Some chips don’t cook yet (not crispy) Sorry, I can’t give 5 stars.

This is how all burgers should be made and served. Every ingredient is freshly prepared including the bun, which is beautifully crusty and soft. The meat melts in the mouth and marries deliciously with the accompaniments. Speaking of which, those French fries (technically crisps) are perfectly...well...crisp! I usually don't give 5 star reviews but I had to make an exception because I couldn't fault anything. The service and the food were on point and even the atmosphere was quintessential Biarritz.

Honestly maybe the most overrated place I have been to in Biarritz. People queues for this? The burgers are so dry, meat to bread ratio is like 1/10. So much bread it's enough for 2 burgers. The dressing is almost non-existing, not sure I saw any vegetables? The meat flavour is great however, quality seems great!! Im not going to lie, you are better of heading over to five guys at the shopping mall for a better burger, by far.

Amazing burger, really fresh. Been coming to here for years. Only downside is burgers use to come with chips now you have to pay apparently menu not clear enough so don’t know what your ordering.

Loved this place, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The burgers were delicious and the home made chips were yum. The portions are very generous and the atmosphere is great. I’d definitely go back again.

Spectacular burgers. Four years after first coming here i reflect fondly on the memory of the superlative food. One negative is that the seating and tables are uncomfortable.

Came on a rainy day in January, as soon as they open for dinner service. Nobody sitting in so burgers came fast! Had the vegetarian one (can make it vegan without cheese and sauce) and the Thai one, delicious! Chips were a surprise, as they look more like crisps, but nevertheless very good to share between two!

Excellent! I’ve been eating burgers all over France for the last month and this one has been the best! Great service and a great list of burgers to choose from. Highly recommend if you’re in Biarritz!

Too much bread and not close to decent. Too red meat and not very tasty. Unbelievable how this place got such high ratings. Pick another place. The burgers at the California kitchen 10m away at least looked better. Haven’t tried them though.

Super Delicious Burgers super friendly staff

Wow what a delicious burger. I had the classic and was super impressed by the flavours. Their tomato sauce with Basil and onion, is the best tomato sauce I have ever had. They should bottle and sell it. My only criticism is that crisps are no substitute to french fries.

Best place for Burgers in Biarritz. Period. As an American and a food critic, I’m telling you. Do not go anywhere else. The bread is freshly made, the quality of the meat is incredible, the cheese is melted, the salad is fresh & the bacon is crispy. They have a habit of cutting the burger in two so you can easily bite into it. Most of their sauces are homemade and the staff is beyond friendly. They have inside and outside sitting. I recommend inside, however you should call in advance to reserve a table. They also have a To Go option, this is where all the locals grab their burgers. The price and the experience makes you want to come back as soon as possible. The other burger places are tourist traps, do not miss out…go to the CAB for you burgers.

Burger was really good, I took the Parm. Loved the sauce. I was a little hesitant with the crisps when ordering but they were really tasty! I recommend this place, I only waited 6/7 minutes. I didn’t eat in, but the team seemed very friendly. The tiramisu for desert wasn’t quite what I was expecting but it was still very tasty. 5 stars ✨

Awesome place with one of the nicest burger I've tasted.. The chips were excellent, thin and crispy.. Didn't like the tiramisu though.. Overall a very nice experience dining at this little cosy place.. 👍👍👍
