The carpet is heavily over worn and looks tattered. The bathrooms are decent but the room is tiny. This places best feature is the location but had I known I would have saved myself some money and gone to another hotel. Beware and really look at the pictures. This hotel looks like it has some great rooms but the ability to actually get one isn’t in your favor. My mouth was totally agape when I was given this small, inner courtyard room. It looks nothing like the pictures or this promise of bright windows. I’ve been so disappointed and hope you don’t think you’re getting a 5 star. This place is a 3 - AT MOST. .

Nice hotel in the center but we were a little stress with the check in time as 12:00am was their cut off time for check in. Our flight was delayed and we got in late past 11:00 pm. Then we had to wait for the taxi to arrive because apparently there are not a lot of taxi drivers at that time of night. When we got one, the guy was nice enough and really stepped on the gas for us to make it before 12:00 am. We got in about 8 minutes before midnight. Sigh.

I stayed on this hotel for three days in August 2023. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Great location. It seems that I forgot a dress I. The room. A big disappointment for anyone believing that this is a 5-star hotel. Paid a premium price for a “suite” (really just a weirdly-shaped room) that had no working wi-fi (which was an enormous problem because i needed to have a quiet place for a long zoom call), and stained carpets and furniture. Room was reasonably clean but the glassware was filthy (glad i didn’t drink out of it). Got to enjoy the sound of hall doors slamming all night long. Service was reasonably accommodating (and i don’t think my complaints are really their fault), but at a price of nearly $400/night (on a Monday night), surely you can do much better in Toulouse. But if you want to overpay for a 2-star hotel, this is your place.
